Intent的签证包括有H1b, H1c, L1, O1。
H1期间，如果申请了485，出境之后，还可以用H1回来。当然，你也可以用AP，你的H1

去年，当我看到康妈的那片详细描述帖，我挺震惊，因为没人会对亲人离世那一刻如此
细致描述，因为我不会，那是我心里永远不原意触碰的一刻，会让我痛不欲生。后来被
网友称为“直播丈夫死亡”，看来，网友有此想法的不少。这也是为什么这么多争论。
更令我没想到的是，第二天，康妈就自己上来upsdate了。 所以我以为是坑。谁会在亲
人离世的第二天，就上网update并公布募捐呢，那时，我依然认为是坑。 以正常人的
思维，无法相信。
如果真是为孤儿寡母募捐，那么，其实无可厚非。无非一个自愿。康粉说，想想你以后
，希望自己也没人帮吗？什么“人在做，”天在看“。好像很有道德观，但似乎把自愿
的捐不捐款，变成了，如果不在捐款上表达对遭不幸的， 但远比自己境遇还稳定富足
人的关怀，就是大逆不道。

先前13年春court季分配给我的律师是个有些年级和经验的男的，2013、3、7日被我问
及告诉我court结果那个文件执行效率的有效期是一年。这次1月14日他们分配给我的律
师是个中年女的，稍微一点儿胖，比我壮两圈儿吧。那天走之前与她打过招呼，她说因
为要等从警官那里拿到些材料，我与她约见面的时间太时，她极有可能还没有收到材料
，所以没法真正了解我的case，她建议我将我们的见面时间约在二月份的前一个周。后
来回家后，我们约到2月5日下午2：00pm. 律师有提我可以直接打电话给她，但是鉴于
我是国际学生，语言沟通方面可能潜在存在的问题等，我自己一口否绝，坚持说我会去
她离county court不远的她办公室见面面谈。
所以那天，我去后她刚结束一个小时的电话，小秘让我给她五到十分钟休息时间，然后

今天得到一个不好消息，说我中国护照必须办一个Export License 才能去QUALCOMM工
作。
但我有EAD (L2 VISA）有效到2012年8月，以为可以为any emmployer工作。
但是他们说除了美国护照和绿卡的都还是要有export license,办下来要45天。
这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。
请问大家去QUALCOMM工作的当时都申请了这个EXPORT LICENSE么？

发帖数: 486 | 40 前两天拿到口头OFFER （12个月CONTRACT，然后转PERM)，希望我6月中去工作。
今天得到一个不好消息，说我中国护照必须办一个Export License 才能去QUALCOMM工
作。
但我有EAD (L2 VISA）有效到2012年8月，以为可以为any emmployer工作。
但是他们说除了美国护照和绿卡的都还是要有export license,办下来要45天。
这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。
请问大家去QUALCOMM工作的当时都申请了这个EXPORT LICENSE么？

Term Life insurance則是一種定期壽險
你說的Universal Life不是VUL是錯誤的理解
VUL全名是Variable Universal Life，是Universal Life的一種
Variable是指cash value的增值不是固定的而是變動的(所以稱variable)
通常將cash value投資於mutual fund
相對於Variable Life有一種很常見的Whole Life
則是給予cash value固定的收益，通常APY比外頭的saving來得高以吸引顧客
Universal這個字本身則是指每期的premium是靈活的
如果手頭寬裕，可以多交一些premium
反之如果手頭緊，可以skip幾期，premium會由已有的cash value暫時支付
如果不是Universal的Permanent Life則沒有這個feature
Permanent Life的好處是cash value以後可以以loan的型式提出來
如此gain不用交稅
