在进行实验的一周中，对于接到的所有的电子邮件和聊天软件上的信息，我都选择
站起来走到同事桌旁去直接交流。
我们办公的节奏非常快，基本上都靠电子邮件和各种聊天软件联系，因此我的出现
对大多数同事来说很意外，有时，我的出现就像是立刻弹出的对话框。
不过在实验期间，我觉得我的生活更富有活力，我变得创造力、更能集中注意力，
一切都完成得更好。但是有时候，我也很有可能惹恼了周围的同事。下面会讲讲当时的
情况。
但是怎么说，我的人际关系却在这个过程中更加紧密了。离开电脑，面对面交谈意
味着话题不可避免会从工作跳到其他方面，比如练习瑜伽、墨西哥餐Chipotle怎么样、
漏洞百出的的监狱系统以及年轻的菲德尔·卡斯特罗看起来真的就像布鲁克林的某个普
通小伙。我相信这样的闲聊很少出现在隔着屏幕的聊天中。
所以面对面交流花费的时间比电子邮件多——特别是你们扯到了什么题外话，但与
同事的联系会更紧密，你也会在聊天中有更多启发，代价很值得。

发帖数: 469 | 20 原厂sti也会爆缸，一般是两个原因：1.ringland failure 2.rod bearing坏
造成上述原因的是引擎detonation,而detonation原因是cooling不行 。
在原厂状态下，engine本身没问题，爆缸原因是sti冷却系统完全不过关。
解决方案：
1.安装AOS（air oil separator)
作用：原厂油会自己跑到intercooler和intake里，perrin aos等防止如此。有油进
intercooler会降低cooling效率。
2.安装oil cooler
Perrin oil cooler?
3.换radiator
koyo radiator
楼主本人原厂的11代sti在高温驾驶下爆了。。亏有warranty，赔了个新引擎
老老实实改上面的件，大概1200刀 |

for people like Jacques Perrin he doesn't need to lie about how he made it.
but he probably meant "flying" is real but "background" may not.
i read something about the make of this movie, they used balloons and
controled airplanes to get close to the birds.
if you like this movie, check out Microcosmos also by Perrin. IMO it's
even better than "winged". |

太product oriented，使用了一个叫做Curam的J2EE平台来customize social service applications，因此上个月又开始
陆陆续续的开始找工作，骑驴找马挺花时间，而且原来在HP的pay不错，所以寻找的范围更狭小，不过这个月初还是找到了
JP Morgan Chase，工资加了12%，其他福利假期保险都比HP好，而且又有pension，所以决定跳槽，我给了2个星期的
pre notification，上个星期三最后一天，因为HP的工资是每半个月发一次，所以我在18号最后一天的早上，给HP Benefit
Center打了一个电话，询问哪天是medical的最后一天，被通知是18日，因为我要31日才去JP，所以之间有一个半星期，
我想算了，自己当心一些，一个星期没有medical insurance，也问题不大。

发帖数: 190 | 46 完全正确，特别是收购了EDS之后，我在HP的时候做的是新泽西州的项目，因为用到
Curam，所以项目开始后HP招了大量
的Consultants，全是有Curam工作经验的，用来加快High level design和detail design的进度，我到HP上班后的第
一天，拿到
organizational chart，发现竟然有6个
consulting公司的Contractors在HP上班，真正HP的才1/4，后来新招的HP Employee参
加了Curam的培训，一共11个
人，培训的时候，我才听说HP要付给Curam的Consultants一小时$200.00，当然是直接
给他们公司的，所以HP觉得太
贵，因此招了我们，并且向通过培训让我们最后拿到Curam Certificates，最终
terminate所有的contractors，我对这没
有意见，HP的idea可以理解，也是想分Curam Consulting的一杯羹，但是，要知道HP赋
给employee的钱可是和

公里的不错,时常跟同事一起去吃午饭,一碗牛肉粉或者牛杂粉$6-$7
如果对Mediterrenian感兴趣的,可以去Al Bustan,在4841 Fredricksburg Rd,品种不多
,但是可以点kabab,有牛羊混合和鸡肉两种,午餐$8.99,晚餐$10.99
另外有一家在9938 San Pedro Ave的Casa Sol,跟一般的墨西哥餐馆不同的是他家有一
种熏鸡和一种烤鸡,味道很好,不过要做45分钟才能做好,而且不是每天都有
如果喜欢吃泰国菜,在11318 Perrin Beitel Rd上有一家Thai Cafe,每天中午有buffet,
虽然是buffet,但是质量却跟一般泰国餐馆差不多
肉食动物的话,一定会对18318 Sonterra Place的chama gaucha有大爱,这家巴西烤肉
buffet,中餐只要$25,质量跟fogo de chao的有得一拼
另外,喜欢牛排有有钱的话,Ruth Chris'或者Morton's很好,如果要节约,cheddar's或者
