community for a year (or something), he should take responsibility of this

So Mr Kimmel's show and Disney (parent company of ABC) needs to pay for this
joke. Mr Kimmel is probably as basically decent person, but he could
afford to lose his job and he will probably be happy to lose his job to help

watch this show). A responsible adult would have been shocked by the idea
, and the laughters from audience and persistent smurks from the innocent 6
year olds.
As it is, Disney must pay for the joke. Through court payment or through
public apology or sacking of Jimmy Kimmel, or all of above.
