找工作这么久，逐渐熬成了老面筋。所谓没吃过猪肉也见过猪跑，这里跟大家分享一下
我自己在这漫长的job hunting之路上的一些感受吧。
首先，最最重要的，是要有准备。找工作很大可能会从你期盼的短跑变成马拉松，所以
你要做好心理准备。当你不指望明天就能收到offer的时候，你就不会为了一两个据信
太过沮丧。开始的时候每收到一个据信心情都很差到极点，等offer寝食难安。后来习
惯了，说声shit，然后该干嘛干嘛。此处不留爷自有留爷处。其实，最难受的不是收据
信，而是onsite以后等offer的心情，真的很煎熬，从头到尾都这样，没办法。这个我
觉得要这样想，反正onsite也不是高频率的事，所以等结果就是短痛，忍一阵就过去了
。要么拿offer要么拿据信解脱。像我这样拖n个月的确实不多。
这个准备还包括身体上的准备。身体上的耐力会增加精神上的耐力。几乎是从开始全力
找工作以后，我就开始坚持锻炼。从短期讲，有很好的身体会让你有足够的精力和体力
去应付找工作的压力，保持良好的体型也能在面试的时候给面试官留下干练，

首先，server到底是什么server要先搞明白，是web tier还是service tier。
另外，你这里说的sticky session需要把session state放在server里，如果指的是用
cache来提高response time和减轻backend server的压力，是完全没有问题的，单个
server可以cache一部分用户数据然后异步更新persistent state server。
这部分cache的内容并不是作为persistent state，只是用来加速和优化系统性能，丢
掉了也无所谓，所以你说的这两个不矛盾。 |

我把NAT搞定了，现在MSVPC guest也能上internet，即使host在公司的VPN上。但是
host
不能看到guest，guest却可以看到host（公司IP）。我需要host能看到guest，因为
guest上
有一些web application需要demo。
whatismyip.com显示两个是同一个IP，而且应该是我VPN的IP，我ISP的IP是75开头，公
司是
144开头。
下面是host 和guest的ipconfig 和route print，其中host里有一些vitualbox和
vmware的遗留下来的一些设置，以前装过，没有搞出来，现在用的是MS VPC。

object can be persistent and managed by an OODB. The idea as well as OODB
was rejected by mainstream. That's why we have Object Relational MAPPING
instead of direct Object Persistence Model.
It's interesting that people are trying to use ORM to re-create those
features. Personally I don't think they will be very useful. |

看到wikipedias上的这个例子
@Stateless
public class CustomerService {
@PersistenceContext
private EntityManager entityManager;

}
这里面有persist操作，让楼主以为是跟hibernate一样的
其实这是不对的，这里的entityManager就是hibernate里面的sessionfactory和
session
简化了操作，但是并不代表ejb就是hibernate
而wikipedia里面的命名也遵守了传统的命名方式
你看是*Service，说明这是一个service
也就对应了spring里面的@Service注释
说明是business层的bean，不是persistence的bean

截取一段关于ACM (Auto Commit Memory)的描述。也就是9 million IOPS的benchmark。
用脚指头去想。都知道这种东西的性能上限就是PCI bus。他们不做，自然有别人去做
。网卡都能做出来。更何况SSD了。
另外，我已经证明了，即使不用sync IO，单机串联跨DC，除非所有DC一起死掉，否则
consistency and durability都有保证。
最后再强调一遍。搞技术的，丧失了最基本的客观性。到哪里都是被雷的命。早晚而已。

个server上。webapp是传统的spring，hibernate弄的。整个app的ID,CODE都存在
oracle的一个表里面，然后load到servletcontext里面。
现在的问题是要任意一个server上面的webapp update了CODE,需要update其他两个
server上webapp的servletcontext，同时还需要persist到oracle里。对real-time没有
要求。
我的想法是用activemq和spring的jmstemplate来弄：在‘更新CODE’的代码里面send
message到其他server，来update servletcontext，但是不明确这个怎么弄？
同时call另外一个service来persist到oracle里， 这样servletcontext里面的code随
时都是最新的。但是app里面基本上所有service都会用这个updated code，所以不知道
性能会不会有影响？

1.对下级：评选还没开始就知道结果
当2011年国家科技进步奖、973计划、国家十二五支撑计划还没有揭晓时黄从新在
全院大会上得意的说不出意外我今年就可以拿到国家科技进步奖二等奖一项、973计划
首席科学家一项、国家十二五支撑计划首席科学家一项。评选结果还没有公布，甚至评
选还没开始就宣布自己中了。
2.对无证行医的儿子：做手术死了人又不签你的名
黄鹤在2006年至2009年9月长达近4年的无证非法行医，并担任副主任医师期间，其
对临床是完全不懂的，其恐惧的问其父亲医死了人怎么办，黄从新指出做死了人又不签
你的名，你怕什么。结果每天的导管手术都安排没有经验的黄鹤上台期间医疗事故频发。
3.对媳妇：我是研究生院院长你怕什么
黄从新担任的另外一个职位是武汉大学研究生院院长，知情人士透露，其媳妇孙晶
认识黄鹤前只是一名企业普通员工，黄从新对她说我是研究生院院长你怕什么。安排其
媳妇在毫无英语和专业基础下神奇的考取武汉大学新闻学院单波的研究生，毕业后被黄
从新特招到武大研究生院担任学位管理的工作。

Vipul Bhrigu，Toledo大学的博士，到Univ of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer
Center做博后。从09年12月开始“细致而系统”的暗中破坏同组博士女生Heather Ames
的样品。

女博士渐渐发现了问题，开始还以为是自己犯了错误，采取了一些措施防止出错，
甚至拿到未婚夫的实验室去做，总是有各种各样的问题。怀疑有人破坏，说给朋友，导

这位糠薨，从你一开始提出的问题““妄想症的妄想是怪诞性的？还是非怪诞性的？”
，老夫就断定你在精神病方面是个十足的外行。你不过是在别人涉及到专业问题的时候
在网络上拼命查找想证明人家不懂。但是你没有鉴别专业信息的能力，也不了解学科的
进展。最终不过是遭人耻笑。
难道不是吗？你查出来的文献都把妄想症局限为非怪诞性妄想。你就以为捡到了宝，认
定妄想症必须是非怪诞性，还振振有词说怪诞性妄想就就精神分裂症而不是妄想症。却
没想到冒出来一个DSM-5。这个标准两年前就修改了。现行的妄想症标准怪诞性的也可
以是非怪诞性的。老夫告诉你既可以是肯定也可以否定，意思很清楚，就是即可是怪诞
的可以是非怪诞的。你还骂老夫信口雌黄。其实老夫的专业并不是精神病学，不过与精

直到出现media上被洒酒精，并且接二连三的发生，终于正式由警方介入。女博士
被审问两次，测谎一次，才给实验室安装了两个摄像头，并且非常震惊（对于他们，对
于我肯定是理所当然）的发现实验室新来的，“和蔼可亲，友好，健谈”的印度博后
Vipul Bhrigu从冰柜中取出自己的样品，然后拿起擦桌子消毒用的酒精spray往里面一
阵乱喷。
庭审判了8.8K的罚款和6个月probation,40小时社区服务，给实验室设备、研究进
