1.Personal pro的必要性
有不少climber为了减轻重量，不带personal pro,这种做法不提倡，有很多潜在危险．
在technical terrain上,强烈建议装备personal pro. 尤其是攀岩，最好是有两个，在
非vertical的地方，比如说需要保护的scramble,或者很陡的雪坡，需要用保护，建议
至少用一个personal pro.
2.Personal pro的构成
说白了,就是一个"绳子",加上个biner,这个绳子怎么选,下面说.biner用locking biner
,一定要选口上没倒钩的,否则load了之后你想单手把personal pro取下来,非常困难.

我家老大也是非常非常strong personality。每个老师说她有

语气），之后说的一句话都是： which is very good and will

好的，她说这样的孩子以后，尤其是女孩子，会有自己的主意，

好的价格吗？
4. 用personal trainer貌似是个很大的financial commitment。我看的那家有7个月和
12个月可选。选择的次数越多每次session越便宜，但最便宜的也是12个月，每周4个
session，$30一个session。你sign up后就必须预付一部分的payment，如果剩下还没
付的部分你也不想要了，需要付50%的panelty。
5. 有没有那种有satisfaction guaranteed 的personal training service，你如果不
