DTaP在孕妇中没有很多安全和有效性数据，所以如果选择请慎重考虑。CDC是这样建议
的：

immunogenicity and the outcomes of pregnancy are not available for pregnant
women who receive Tdap.When Tdap is administered during pregnancy,

我还是比较相信CDC的数据。但是对于疫苗的安全和效果，就不知道了。
至于国内的数据，你要么全信，要么全部不信。需要的时候信，不需要的时候不信，不
严谨。
总之，楼主的数据来自政府，反过来证明政府掩盖事实就没啥意义了。
我觉得中国的数据太低，不可作为科学依据，至少有统计的错误在里面。

么帮助。pertussis toxin是以adp-ribosylation修饰干扰G蛋白同receptor的结合。
cholera能把G蛋白锁定在active状态。但是要结合betagamma的inactive alpha,加
excess gdp就行了。 |

人类医学最重要的进展就是从抗生素的发明开始。抗生素，疫苗的应用，使最初大规模
杀害人类的
传染病，感染而得到控制，人类才能免于被灭种的灾祸。想一想Tetanus, Diphtheria,
Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox),Tuberculosis,
Polio现在都有疫苗可以控制，还是因该感谢西医的发展；抗生素发明前，连肺炎这样
的疾病都是致死性疾病，也因该感谢西医。
另外，从诊断上看，西医不仅建立了系统的实验室检查，还有日新月异的影像学，基因
学等检查。
西医的另一个优势是外科。比如大量的先天性心脏病，冠心病通过手术能治愈或缓解。
大量的骨科疾病也能有效治疗。有些肿瘤如果早期发现已经能够根治，比如乳腺癌，胃
癌。
随着医学的发展，某些癌症比如儿童的白血病的根治也得到了空前的发展。这些都是西
医发展的体现。
中医现在普遍被西方认可的是针灸。但是也只是作为辅助治疗。如果那一天中医能够有
效的治疗疾病病，我相信中医在世界上也能占主导地位。 |

20+ Years: 4046人
Unknow Age: 21人
Total: 17，972人
这些发病人数中，其中，小于一岁的死了6个； 大于1岁的死了1个； 一共死了7个人。
这下请问一下，中国的统计数字是包括全中国的所有不分年龄的发病人数嘛？ 你找一

发帖数: 287 | 32 咨询一下是否疫苗Adacel就包含了Tetanus Diphtheria, 今天下午去私人诊所打疫苗，
医生推荐了要打关于Tetanus/diphtherial/acellular pertusssis or Tetanus/
diphtheria. 我就说好吧，就打了。
然后回家后细看，原来有Adacel(T/d & Pertussis, $85) 和 Tetanus Diphtheria ($
65)两种，医生没有给我细说这两者区别，就给我打了Adacel。我在想，难道这个比
tetanus diphtheria好一点？而且有点小小不舒服的是，感觉医生就挑贵的打。所以上
来问问。
上个周五去其他诊所打流感针，然后那里的医生说，要帮我查一下血，才知道是否我有
hepatitis A 和B的抗体，然后今天下午打电话去问，说我有抗体了。但是我不记得半
年前还是两年前，几年前是否自己有打过这方面的针呀，若没有打过这些针，我怎么会有抗体亚。打了hepatitis A 和B的疫苗，能保持多久时间？
查了网上资料也不太懂，所以上来问一下。谢谢了 |

每天会拉2次(持续5天了).第二次有些稀, 并且在拉前会哭闹,拉后变好.请教:是否因为

白百破（DTaP）疫苗是对白喉（diphtheria）、百日咳（ pertussis （whooping
cough））和破伤风（ tetanus）的三联疫苗。这三个病由于疫苗的广泛使用，发病率
已经比较低了。我只简单介绍一下。
白喉是由白喉杆菌（Corynebacterium diphtheriae）引起的急性呼吸道传染病（此外
也有白喉的皮肤感染，暂不讨论）。一般患者在感染后几天（2-5天）开始发病。主要
症状包括：流鼻涕，鼻涕带血，粘膜充血肿胀，并有灰白色伪膜形成。此外可能有互相
困难，发冷，发烧，嗓子疼等等症状（http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diphtheria）。此外严重的感染可以导致窒息，心肌炎和周围神经麻痹等。死亡率在5%-10%左右（http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dbmd/diseaseinfo/diptheria_t.htm）。其中在喉咙粘膜形成灰白伪膜是这个病比较明显的特征，可以帮助诊断。白喉主要通过飞沫，接触等方式传播。

现在宝宝发烧了，我是用Exergen电子温度计量的，量出的温度不是太一致，从100.7
到 101.4， 但肯定是发烧了，脑袋烫烫的。
