这里面没有applicant- 看看I-140的题目是什么，Immigration Petition for a non-

不是Immigration application for a non-immigrant alien
对于eb1b, 你的雇主是petitiner, 你自己是beneficiary, 公司 或者 公司的律师是
representative
这里面没有applicant的问题
那为什么有这个选项呢？因为I-907不只是給I-140用的, 还有别的表格。当然
，现在I-907可以用140和129, 都是Petition； 但是不排除在历史上或者将来的某一时
期，I-907还可能适用于I-765或者I-485，你去读读这两个表格的题目，是不是

Timeline: 6.14 efile到NSC，隔天寄出申请材料；11.23得到RFE的online notice，11
.26收到RFE LETTER.
背景及提交的材料包括：
（1）4封独立推荐信，4封非独立推荐信，3封编辑证明/推荐信，1封公司老总专利应用
证明信。这些信总体来源于美国、加拿大、中国。
（2）11个杂志的37次review。
（3）14篇文章，3个中国专利，10个会议摘要。
（4）102个引用，没区分中文/英文、自引/他引。
（5）博后
claim了老三样：review，publication，contribution。

文学城上说是选择3，理由是
petitioner 和 applicant 的区别是，petitioner 是替别人申请，而 applicant 是给
自己申请。petitioner 和 applicant 的下面是给其律师用的。所以，PERM 的 I-140
的加快选头两项之一，而 NIW 的 I-140 的加快是在后两项中找。

自己也可以是petitioner, 也可以是applicant, depending on你file了一个petition
还是application
当然别人也可以作为你的petitioner, 这种情况下你是beneficiary. 但是的确很少有
别人替beneficiary来做applicant.
你去读读I-765的题目，看看是不是Application for Employment Authorization
而不是Petition for Employment Authorization对吧
所以file那个form就只有applicant, 没有petitioner
不过在这个例子里你无论选哪一个都不会有问题的。

只有petitioner可以file I-907,如果你是self-petition（你自己file 140），你既是
petitioner，又是beneficiary,你就可以file I-907.

难搞到，甚至很容易作假，所以反而2的secondary document是普遍使用的。

现在准备填写907，追加PP，然后在同一个信封把140的补充材料和PP 907表格已经支票

1）在Part 1, 是不是不用填写company contact information, 因为是self-petition

time line:
485 RD:３月下旬;
485 RFE: 6月上旬.RFE内容:主申请人要补emloyment verification letter,说交的是
offer letter,不算。付申请人RFE结婚证，说交上去的不合格。
485 RFE review: 6月25。主申请人补交了EVL。付申请人和律师及其助手商量了，说我
们刚开始交的结婚证以及美国做的公证材料复印的不清楚，彩打了重新交上就行，觉得
不用去国内做公证。我还很不放心，现在看来国内的结婚证加自己做的英文翻译和在美
国做的公证是可以的。
485 card production: 6月28。这个先开始是address was changed。几个小时之后更
新成card production的。
谢谢大家的祝福。等收到卡了发包子。包子不多，发完为止。在版上混了很长时间，了
解了不少情况，包括140和485的，有问题的可以问我，我尽量回答。

看怎么办：
我claim了authorship，review，和contribution。
其中authorship我claim 了9篇（6 journal papers + 3 book chapters)。6个journal
paper全是英文，大部分impact factor在10-12之间，都是领域内的top journal，这
个在PL
里都写了。 Book chapter也是大出版社出版的专业类的百科全书，也请主编写了推荐
信。
Review 8个journal，19次。一半的review是没有影响因子的，另一半大概在2-4之间。
我的引用很少，只有70几次，但是我是生物类的，所以可能就显得更少了。 我在PL里
highlight了一些比较strong的citation （牛人，牛校，牛comment）
NOID letter里承认了这三样，但是否认了entirety。具体如下

If you can mail out using your company's address, it might work. You just
need to let them know in advance, since the company will receive the I-797 "
notice of action" (or the receipt), while you will receive I-797C.
In that case, you just need a letter from HR and company letter head that
stating your company have XXX employees, among them YYY are scientists. The
company is qualified as a petitioner. In my case, I also submit the annual
report as an evidence for petitioner.
