现在是瓶颈，５０－７５y/m就不想／不能继续游了。自我诊断了一下，还是手臂的力
量不足，划水后速度上不来／出不了水面／太低了。
仔细研究了一些专业运动员的tape，他们都说前臂throw forward的时候有个短暂的休
息期，我没感觉出来哪里是可以休息的，估计这里出了问题？
大家谁给说说？小孩子的肌肉肯定没发育好，蝶２００照样没问题，所以我问题可能出
在endurance上，其中一个问题就是stroke recover的时候不懂得relax/rest一下？ |

just base on this one, I would say he is right on dropping the racquet at a
macro level. His demonstration is exaggerated, and I do not like how he
dropped the racquet, I would guess he slap the ball more (which could be
seen as 很暴力）。 I also don't agree with him on the pronation as you hit
your forehand up over the ball, but I didn't understand him completely.

昨晚又是11：30才开始锻炼，开始前很困，几乎想躺在地上先睡一觉，但是真的开始了
就好了。引体和俯卧撑都比上次好些，应该是最近吃得比较多，力量恢复了一点吧。不

一直在想今天要不要take it easy。意外的是，膝盖的情形比我想象的好多了，除了下
楼梯稍有感觉以外，其他还行。比较疼得厉害的反而是小腿肚子，可能是我昨天体会在
youtube上看到的后面的腿往后踢并且伸展的动作造成的吧，不过这个我比较有经验，
就是肌肉疼，过两天就好了。
所以到了晚上的时候，决定还是按原计划上Turbo Fire，从第10周的HIIT Phase开始。
我想，如果实在跳不动，随时可以改成骑车的。结果倒是比想象的好。这个Turbo Fire
比P90X和Insanity都容易多了，而且，20分钟的HIIT，然后换成30分钟的resistance
band，每个练习都很短，时间过得比较快。
先这样试试看吧。下面两个月准备把主要精力放在跑步上面，其他这些锻炼容易一点也
不错。同时我也在考虑要不要上FIRST的训练，可看了下，觉得那个强度我恐怕还
handle不了。或许还是继续用SmartCoach好了，如果可以，跑快一点也就是了。下个周
期（如果还有的话）再考虑FIRS |

winter soldier是杀害howard stark也就是铁人老爸的凶手，这是导致队长和铁人分裂

Thor3里那些神人们大都会被干掉，据说这是周期性的，是celestial们（类似Thanos这
种）的不良爱好。Thor最后会被关进宇宙监狱(大概类似关氪星人那种）。估计这小帅
哥的合同也到期了哈哈，而且thor票房一般。这集主要是要完成布局吧
black panther据说不会只是单人超英的故事，而是avengers重新组合，在队长不在的
日子里，由ant-man，dr strange，black panther, quicksilver, scarlet witch,
vision等等重建avengers（不知道大红的johanssan和hulk会不会续合同）

crossover, Hcl(jw)=1*exp(-jw)/(1+1*exp(-jw)), 在w=180度附近， Hol=1*exp(-
jw)接近于-1， 所以上式Hcl接近于无穷，这是造成ringing 的原因，发生在高频处。
低频时， Hcl(jw)=A*exp(-jw)/(1+A*exp(-jw))， 虽然这个时候 w也接近于180度，
但由
于loop gain A很大， 远大于分母中的1， Hcl= A*exp(-jw)/A*exp(-jw)= 1
所谓ringing, 一般还是对step response说的，step input包含所有频率，其中在gain
cross over 附近的频率成分造成了response中的ringing. 但仅仅只有低频激励时，从
频率响
应的角度来说，是不会有ringing的。但是实际上是会有的，可能10几个时钟周期的
ringing, 取

如果这样的话，Lesson公式里面VCO的Phase noise应该有-30 dB/dec的flicker noise
部分，而loop filter在low frequency应该是+40 dB/dec，所以我不清楚为什么大概是
那个形状，希望能推荐本东西看看。
