你转贴的是phase I，实验对象一般是健康的成年人，其目的简单的说是弄清楚药的动
力学和运动学指标（pk和pd），即药是如何被吸收的（口服药），如何随血液分布到全
身的，如何被肝代谢转化的，如何被肝和肾排出体外的。同时，做初步的安全性研究，
记录被测试者的心率，呼吸，以及血液学指标等等。在此基础之上，估计出服药的剂量
和频率，保证体内药物的浓度能够最大的发挥药效，最小的引发副作用。
在phase II中，就要用病人来做了，其主要目的就是研究药物的有效性。
phase III是在大规模的病人群体（几百到几千）中研究药物的安全性和有效性。
如果一切顺利的话，在phase III之后就可以向FDA提交新药申请了，然后就可上市了。
但上市后，往往还需要一个phase IV，简单的说就是监控市场上药物的安全性和有效性。
不过以上说的是一般情况，不同的临床实验会有不同的要求的。如，治癌药物的phase
I肯定是用病人做的，因为该类药物的毒性都很大。

发帖数: 70 | 24 和小组的朋友分享学习方法，写了这个step1学习方法总结，不知不觉地就唐了很多，贴上来吧，赚点人气。先要说明，仅作为参考，大家看了要结合自己的情况，扬长避短。另外，自己也没考得很好，其实没什么资格写得，算是开个头吧，大家讨论，共同学习。
我觉得step1考试好比cell cycle,前期复习大量看书，尤其是抱着kaplan几册大书啃，好像G1 phase, 最费时，弄不好，就进入G0 phase,长期休眠了，我本人就G0 phase 长期休眠了很久。若想要尽快考完，就一定要在这一期尽量缩短时间，而且，还有个问题就是，这一阶段的动力很不足（好比酶的活性很弱，而且，还总被各个抑制因子（p53 and Rb)不断check, 我就经常问自己，真的要走这条路吗？为什么？我一定要活得这么累吗？等等，不断地question自己，一遇到不顺心的，就会G0 phase躲着），所以，需要外界催化剂，小组是最好的。这个阶段的小组帮助最大，因为每个人有长处，大家互通有无，1，对很多知识理解好很多，2，最重要的考版不再枯燥，大家互相鼓励，督促，学习才有干劲。所以，给刚刚开始准备考版的同学的建议：1，赶快加入或... 阅读全帖 |

很多地方都有 Three Phase 208 Vrms Line to Line.
输电系统和配电系统基本上都是Three Phase， 到了用户端再用变压器 step down, 然
后可以把不同的phase 分给家庭用户
商业和工业用户都是3 Phase 接入的
大型发电设备都是Three Phase, 家用的发小型发电机很多是 Split Phase, 也有

坦克拉到场边，两个坦克需要打断eruption，远程分散，它会大范围aoe并吹飞，所以
远程不要站太近。
重点1.躲冲锋，phase1只有一个分身，phase 2 两个 phase 3三个。都是顺时针依次冲
锋。不难躲。
重点2.eruption,范围很大，要立刻跑出范围，坦克会打断但是还是要以防打断失败。
phase 2到phase 3如果不打断这个会连续不断喷发，躲无可躲。bard不要silence。
重点3. plume，前两个phase都是外圈一次中圈一次，不难躲。phase 3还有最后几乎全
场爆，一定要在中圈结束之后躲到ifrit身边，他旁边会有空地可以躲。
灭团点. nails.50%之后出现4个nails，血比较厚，一定要全打掉，剩一个都是秒全团
，没得救。有法系dps方便点，留3级LB可以打nails到20%血。如果没有法系dps，就很
麻烦，要安排一个近战用3级LB单点掉一个，其他人杀剩下的两个，干掉3个之后会有两
级LB，立刻用在剩下一个nail上。dps很吃紧要开所有cd，坦克此时仍然需要打断
eruption。

耳朵能够听出差异来的phase其实很少
尤其是高频，几乎不能辨别相位
2KHz以上就开始很差了
要整体效果，还是要重新录一遍比较好
作为乐手来说，这个也是很好的锻炼啊
不过作为engineer，总是要想不同的办法用电脑解决……

这个对比可以自己弄，我刚才试了试，cooledit里你把其中一轨copy成双轨，用
headphone听，sound image正中，比较boring。双轨的听着空间感就出来了。
我在想能不能只弹一遍用后期处理的方法加上空间感。弹两遍同步很难，也费事。空间感
一个特征就是两边的信号的phase不一样。所以可以去cooledit里filter->graphic phase
shifter试试。对其中一轨把2kHz以下的phase shift 100 degree 左右，高频的基本不
动。这么作的考虑是声音传播到人耳低频的phase differnce应该比较一致，高频 |

6预计需要两年的建设和装备时间，2014年底或者2015年初投入批量生产，不过在2013
年底，16nm工艺的风险性试生产就会开始。 根据此前消息，台积电的20nm工艺已经完
