如果华人出了什么事，大家本着同根相连的感情，总免不了第一时间站在苦主的角度设
想。其实这个NRA会员的留言就反映了这样一种朴素的感情，都上过conceal permit课
，都被教育要告知警察，结果philando依法办事反而惹祸，照这样拥枪还不如不拥枪呢

对比老中肛男，只要找到对他的“不利”证据，什么其实是嫌犯了，好像没有permit了

argument, not a hard evidence.
不过，就算假设这个黑人真是suspect, 也不过就是个suspect. He is innocent
unless prove guilty otherwise. 当然他如非法持枪，警察可以先捕人。那人即使有
抢，手都没有碰到。警察既然已经有嫌疑，完全可以用其他非致命手段，如taser 之类
，而且是两个警察，结果是立刻死命打，这些是hard evidence。所以你的链接完全没
有法理可言。“击毙了持枪劫匪”之说， 那个黑人是否正持枪在抢劫现场？你这个说
法更是凭空想象。
