收买杜特尔特这种便宜货，日本也做得到。
日本不过做了跟中国同样的事：一是不管他在国内的滥杀。二是给钱。有这两条，杜特
尔特跟谁都好。他对日本大表亲近，称“日本是比兄弟还亲的真正朋友”。他保证不放
弃南海仲裁，还邀请日本到南海举行联合军演。
中国媒体对这些消息只好集体失明。当局显然哑巴吃黄连。
应该说，不干涉别国内政是日本的一贯方针，并非这次单对菲律宾的策略。当年六四中
共屠杀中国人，西方各国制裁，日本也不参加。当时就有人警告日本说纵容中共作恶会
自食恶果。后来真应验了。得到日本援助发展起来后，中共就翻脸以百倍的恶毒煽动对
日仇恨。
就对菲政策而言，毕竟没有日本人在菲国滥杀式扫毒行动中受害。日方不管不问总还说
得过去。
而在滥杀中受害中国人却可能达到数百。因此中国政府的纵容讨好就显得特别可耻，特
别反华。
