看到很多人说pinch to zoom 是太自然的事情，iPhone 之前zoom 怎么实现的？
。抓窗口一角，拉大。
。一个放大镜，点击放大。
。快捷键组合，类似点击放大镜。
。clickwheel（blackberry 用过一段）
等等
现实生活中你放大的时候pinch to zoom么？ 不， 可能有转轮，可能把物体放近放远
，可能抓住edge或者边角拉伸。
现在大家用pinch tozoom 自然是因为iphone给你提示了这种方式和体验，这个类似抓
边角放大，但更好更合适multitouch的应用。
放开苹果是否应该拿这个去遏制竞争，这还真是个发明。
不认同的谁来show 出prior art，或者说明道理，
我看了三星展示的试图invalid这个patent，jeff和diamond touch的都是抓窗口的两个

记得只有在training的时候才上pinch collar，还有要调整pinch collar的大小这样就
不容易从敏感部位最后拖到脖子的后端，刚开始用的时候我没有调整大小，结果每次
ally一拉，pinch collar就以形换位了,后来卸掉两个刺好多了... |

what you are looking for, but it's close enough for your purposes, and you
don't have the luxury to wait, so you get it.
If you "do something in a pinch", you acknowledge the way you do it is not
the ideal way, but in the interest of time or other constraint, you do it
the fastest way, not necessarily the ideal way.
The closest Chinese idioms I can think of, are 将就，凑活，权宜之计 |

类似llin 放的那个video，两手端住，tilt to zoom，这个如果是流行了，大家也会觉
得是自然的，
但不是在这个出现之前就自然的一种用法。
你的第一个问题，我不是patent 专家，我不知道是否应该被专利。我的印象在美国，
如果验证了是创新，基本上什么都能被专利，
如果pinch to do something 不能被专利
那么one click to do something 可以么？ app store 里的click to purchase 好像
也是交专利费的。 |

pinch2dosth还可以用。
假如一个想象的OS提供一个pinch的事件（现在是程序员自己算），那么怎么响应这个
pinch事件就是各个应用程序员自己的用途了，它可以zoom，可以旋转，可以位移，可
以改颜色，亮度等等。只不过在浏览器，相册，阅读里刚好可以拿来放缩。这些是idea
，所以在软件专利里有争议的不能被专利，被专利的是里头的实现。
click to purchase如果被专利也是专利apple appstore里头的实现流程。你没见过别
的appstore不能click to purchase或者one click to purchase吧。 |

我只能用例子来说明，你知道OQO么？几年前的算个小的handheldpc，苹果的人出去开
的，是当年handheld 里考虑zoom 的，用了方式是可以swipe to zoom，但是在特定的
区域。
你看到答案后觉得那么容易，但solution 出现前业界是一片迷茫

我看你对专利一窍不通。典型的本站wsn，什么都不懂，但是谁都敢骂。
首先美国当时的专利法是first invent而不是first file。
其次，如果苹果真的在2010年才第一次file pinch to zoom的专利，那已经not
patentable了,专利局根本不会受理。因为2007年iPhone就已经开卖了，产品
commerically available一年以上就不能申请专利了，必须在这之前申请。2010年要么
是最终批准的日期，要么就是ammendment导致的。 |

另外，产品开卖了，产品上的技术和设计就not patentable了？你先invent了一个技术
，但是还没有file patent，别家也使用了同样技术。三年后你的patent最终批准了，
那么这三年间其他厂家使用的了同样技术算侵犯专利还是没侵犯专利？

了。你没听懂吗？所以苹果的pinch to zoom不可能是2010年才第一次申请专利的。

医生给我示范的时候是扎肚子的，倒是不疼，针是4毫米长的，最短的那种吧，不过我
总有心理障碍，怕伤到什么，所以回家就扎的大腿，不过听说肚子是最好的部位，吸收
快，我打了两天，感觉胰岛素没啥奇效，嘀咕是不是该扎肚子，恰巧医生不在，所以上
来问问经验。
即便是普通人，也不是什么地方都能扎的，我有张图，肚子，侧腰，大腿正面，上手臂
内侧，这些部位才可以打的，上面确实写着肚子是最好的部位。
我肚子还好，没啥stretch，跟平时状态差不多，估计还有fat吧，呵呵，就是感觉扎肚
子特恐怖也，心里有障碍。

不过会不会choke归根结底还是要看他pull的多厉害了。
我家的，原来去上课会很兴奋，就连用了easy walk还会choke的嗓音嘶哑
再从使用感觉上来讲，确实用了pinch collar之后，他们就不pull了，
就算pull了一下，我只要轻轻一拉就老实了，所以我分析，实际作用效果，肯定还是
pinch collar厉害一些。
不过我在自己脖子上试验过，其实只要感觉系统正常的人/狗，只要轻轻一拉，应该就
可以有反应了，不会伤害到狗狗的身体健康。
我不主张平时都用这个pinch collar,主要也是安全方面讲得。
第一，如果一直带着，puppy经常喜欢跑来跑去，那个东西上面那么多环环洞洞的，万
一挂到哪里了，狗狗再一挣扎，随时可能会造成伤害，所以如果没有人在旁边监护，哪
怕是，你在屋里，放狗去院子里玩，也不要带这个。
第二，那个东西的使用需要知识和方面。不正确的使用也可能会造成伤害，所以，即使
有人，但如果是外行，也不要给他们用。
不过话说回来，pinch collar是一个有效的工具，只要使用正确了，我觉得对训练是有帮助的。 |

我们妞要上托，要带饭（托的饭忒不健康了），
所以咧，我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：

12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶
