命的安全隐患，那就是发生撞击后该车油箱会起火甚至爆炸。1978年，美国曾经发生一
起影响很大的恶性车祸事件，美国南方某州的三姐妹驾车出行，被追尾后所驾福特
Pinto车油箱起火。尤其车门受热变形无法打开，抢救人员眼看车内三人被烧死。这起
悲惨的事故，直接导致后来的消防员开始配备汽车切割工具。
1994年，福特公司一份内部备忘录流出，暴露了一个令人震惊的秘密。实际上，福特公
司早就发现了Pinto车型油箱设计存在的问题，但出于成本考虑，管理层决定不对该设
计缺陷进行处理。在当年的决策过程中，福特进行了一项臭名昭著的成本收益分析。根
据美国国家公路交通安全管理局公布的交通事故数据，福特公司假设每年由于车型设计
缺陷，会有180人被烧死，180人被严重烧伤，另有2100辆车烧毁。根据当时的惯例，福
特公司需要为每位死者提供20万美元补偿，并支付伤者6.7万美元治疗费用。再加上车
辆的维修补偿费用，福特公司每年需要付出将近5000万美元。

快成为该行第二大市场，他看好今明两年美国经济增长，但认为全球增长已走向末期，
警告美股可能大幅回调。
为美股大幅回调做准备
两个多月前，Pinto接受彭博采访时预计，美股未来一两年还有涨势，而一旦出现
回调，可能是深度回调，跌幅可能在20%-40%。对摩根大通这样的大机构来说，重点要
为此做准备。
Pinto本月16日接受CNBC专访时解释了他对全球经济处在扩张末期的看法，称无论
是技术面还是经济和企业表现，都让他对经济的看法很正面。他预计，到一定时候经济
周期会走到尽头，只是不会很快结束，而在走向周期尾声时要额外持有一份谨慎态度。
Pinto说：“现在华尔街的交易员，不管是资深的还是新手，都生活在持续了十年

箱爆炸，汽油外溢，引起车身进一步起火、爆炸。驾车的女司机当场死亡，小格林萧严
重烧伤面积达90%，不幸地失去了鼻子、左耳和大部分左手。自这次事故之后的6年里，
小格林萧先后接受了60多次手术治疗以修补被毁坏的面容和其他损伤。

是故意在这装啊。英文就是比较精准，什么状态什么情况都有个专门的词来形容，比如
pan searing，pan fry,brown， braise ，saute，roast, bake。这些词让我用中文
来翻译，我都找不到特别恰当的翻译。每一个如果细细解释的话都能写不少，今天专门
来写pan searing，就是煎。
pan searing这个技术通常用在炖肉上。wait，我不是前面说煎肉吗？等我慢慢讲啊。
西餐和中餐炖肉有个很大的区别，中餐通常会飞水（飞水就是把肉在水里煮一下），撇
去血沫，而西餐基本没有这个处理方法的，他们的方法就是把肉煎一下，pan searing。
中餐飞水的时候一定要冷水下肉，然后把水烧开这才会收获大量的血沫。开水下锅的话
肯定收获惨淡，因为肉表面遇到高的水温就收缩了，把原本应该释放出来的血沫包在了
肉里。
而西餐不飞水，西餐在炖肉之前就会这样处理，pan searing。就是用平底锅把肉煎一
下。这样一来锁住肉内的水分，二来，表面焦黄的肉即使炖的烂烂的也会有一层酥脆的
