发帖数: 597 | 1 装完Ubuntu9.10默认使用的ibus拼音输入法，感觉很别扭：
（1）输入的时候居然不支持词组输入, 打字只能一个一个字的输入，感觉它很差。
（2）另外， 在ubuntu9.10默认使用的ibus拼音输入法中，汉字选框是竟然是竖着的选框。但是，汉字选框可以改设置成横着的，所以这个问题倒不要紧。
后来google一下解决方案：
可以点击来“系统”-“语言支持”，系统提示有更新语言，更新后在 “系统”-“首
选项”-“ibus设置”里选择PinYin“，注意不是pinyin，也不是py。发现PinYin打字
输入可以支持输入多字和词组了。还好自己多试了一下，否则，差点就要换回以前的scim。汗。 |

start imput pinyin. I deleted google pinyin and downloaded a new version.

一直用google pinyin，今天偶然发现google默认的输入法Gboard现在是multilingual
了，可以原生支持输入中文了。试着用了一下，感觉比google pinyin好，尤其是中英
文混合输入的时候，自动预判是英文还是中文的准确性相当高，比google pinyin输入
法要准确，而且中英文也都支持滑动输入。
果断卸载了google pinyin。以前用过国内出的输入法，哥基本全试过，搜狗，百度，
qq，触宝和迅飞，由于各种原因(主要是太臃肿，广告多，以及隐私太没保证，国内软
件你懂的)，都弃用了。
哥推荐Gboard。默认只是英文，需要到settings -> Languages & Input里，找到
Languages,add 简体中文就好了。

to pinyin. I might be familiar with the former (I was not good at that
system when in Taiwan). Even so, it is sometimes difficult to guess the
corresponding pinyin. To write a sentence of Chinese characters with pinyin
may take me an hour. So I am dreadful of pinyin. |

系统Fedora 11 x64
安装: yum insatll scim scim-pinyin
装完后在system - Preference - Input method里面选了scim （原来是ibus)，
然后发现scim启动了（出现了小图标），但是不管怎么按ctrl+space都调不出那个
pinyin输入法
locale是en_US.UTF-8
谁能帮我看看？

at the wangfujing area when looking for some place. The street signs at that
area had pinyin and north/south directions on them. and there was a map of the
area nearby. It was very nice. and i remember the signs as white background
with black characters.
but the street signs around pku area seemed to be green. I cannot remember
clearly now. I don't think there was pinyin on them.

第一，台湾人用的拼音输入不是google pinyin的a b c，那是大陆用的。台湾的注音输
入是这样的：ㄅㄆㄇㄈ。google pinyin可以切繁体输出，可不会切注音输入。
第二，即使用罗马拼音abc，台湾用的是韦氏规则，不是大陆规则。比如萧是Siew，而
不是xiao, 蒋是chiang，而不是jiang。你用google pinyin是拼不出韦氏规则的汉字的
。管你繁体简体。问你，韦氏规则chen读个啥？别查半天字典再上来回答哟。
一个台湾人，能够在手机上不用注音输入，我还能理解，还放弃从小熟悉的韦氏规则而
