最高点突然停顿，然后在我们都还没来得及反应的时候，又突然俯冲而下，真的是不要
太爽！
你以为这种常规的操作带来的常规刺激就能满足你了吗？其实还有更刺激的“玩法”。
今天打开网页的时候就看到一个新闻说是，在美国俄亥俄州的一个游乐园里面有着世界
上最高的过山车。然而，在乘客们享受项目带来的欢乐的时候，这个被成为“世界过山
车之都“的Cedar Piont游乐园突然就断电了，园内的很多种游乐设施都停摆。其中被
称为世界上最高、最快的过山车也卡在了一段陡峭上升的轨道上面。后来，这些乘客不
得不在游乐园的工作人员的帮助下直接从轨道上面走下来。
这个新闻突然就让我想到了前一段时间看到的日本的某一过山车突然出现故障就停在半
空中，乘客不得不倒挂在空中两个多小时的新闻。现在我们的生活水平越来愈高了，去
游乐园玩耍已经成为了很常见的事情，尤其是很多小朋友更喜欢去游乐园。然而这些听
起来就很“刺激”的消息，也让我们看到了目前很多游乐园设备存在很多安全隐患，这

事实上，很多教练做的是不断的重复纠正你的一个两个错误。
几个例子。
俺们俱乐部，有一哥们，跟着小猪的教练（去年是，今年不确定）练习。去年估计跟了
大半个夏天，等快冬天的时候，正手反手看着和以前不一样了(rally看着很明显)，打
练习比赛，有时，也打的很好。一个冬天一过，今年春天一打，全回去了。今年又跟了
一段时间，看着又有起色了，不知道今年冬天一过，会怎么样。
俺有个初学的学生，反手起始的架势(setup)不是一步到位的，要分两步，看着很别扭
。俺说了很多次了，改了点，又回去了。俺花了两次课，专门练一步到位，最后看看差
不多了，没有想到，她停了两个星期，回来一打，又分两步走，俺当时吐血 ing ...
网球这个东西，打也难，教也难啊。教小孩子，反而相对容易些。
如果两个成人一起练习，一起跟教练，学完了互相练习，互相督促教练教的 key piont
，这样应该进步会大一点。 |

帮忙。有cosouring, outsouring, 或者direct assistance (比较少）。Cosoursing就
是四大的manager以下的员工跟着客户的人干，最后交的活也是客户review.
outsourcing就是四大自己有一个从上到下的团队，文件也要经历从上大下的review,以
deliverable 的形式交给客户。direct assistance 稍微复杂一些，比如EY是external
audit，DT是internal audit service provider,EY 要求客户的内审提供direct
asistance,就是跟着EY干一些low risk test,可是客户没人，得，DT的人就被派去了。
direct assistance个人感觉很不好，非常不利于员工发展，为什么，想想就知道了。
