it took HR 2 weeks to screen out a few resumes.

首先效果并没有楼上说的好。Ipilimumab（anti－CTLA－4） objective response
rate在10%左右（各个地方PhaseIIItrial的效果不一），最好的在MSKCC，也在15%左右
。真正有survival benefit的人群在10%不到，提高的average surivival只有3个月。
考虑到toxicity，这个药目前只在PhaseIII和VI的melanoma上用，就是因为那些病人存
活率不超过5%，等于死马当活马医来治疗。希望能有那么10%不到的人能够中奖且收益
。你说的50%的response，包括了CR，PR，和SD，意义不大。在其他的恶性度比较高的
肿瘤包括NSCLC（肺癌）和prostate cancer Ipilimumab效果不好。其实CTLA－4在老鼠
上效果就只对high immunogenic的肿瘤有效。
anti－PD－1看起来效果比Ipilimumab好，但也只能说稍好，副作用稍小，适用的肿瘤

My question is how to prove if I add small amount noises to the function g,

那种referee就是存心恶心人而已
我们曾经有碰到论文比一篇和我们讨论同一问题的文章晚了两周不到（当年因为日本大
地震，我和合作者逃难回国耽搁了）
内容相关但两面都是独立工作，侧重点不同，都是几十页的文章，而且我们也
acknowledge了有这么一篇相关工作
结果被那个editor交到前一文章的作者直接被毙了，说有overlap
那个referee之前拿着我第一篇文章里一个piont展开写了好几篇
到处要credit，想把我们后续文章给封杀。
最后改投一下，一个字没改就发了。
还有一次也是，两篇文章，前后几周，他们讨论了两个信道寻找某个东西，我们建议不
同的两个信道寻找同一个东西
结果竟然被说成有overlap。。。。不准发
我改投，把这篇referee report和澄清的信发给下一杂志的editor，后来重新找人
referee就收了
从作者看，两比较恶心的referee全是我博士老板的博士后出身，非常熟的人。。。

估的.

watch sideways. Cabernet is the most common red wines. I think it tastes ok.
And it is inexpensive. But if you want to try something that taste softer (
not sure how to describe), carnifolia piont nior is good, although it is
more expensive. I don't like taste of merlot. |
