房经验比较一下吧，看的房子不多，因为主要看的区inventory实在太少，不过时间倒
是一年有余了，buyer agent一共用过三个，每个区各一个，其实现在回头看来其实
buyer agent也没有不好，dual agent也没有太坏，说白了，美国还是一个讲诚实的地
方，问了故意答错是不对的，我相信没有dual agent会说谎，但是知情不报那个基本是
肯定的，但是有了buyer agent是不是一定有用或许有用吧。
我回忆了一下我自己的经历我觉得也没有那么大的用处，主要我们每次买房还在第一阶
段就发现这个那个问题，比如卖家没钱啦，tax card信息不一致啦，房主生病啊去世啊
，风水上的问题其实有了buyer agent反而不一定会知道，因为buyer agent肯定不会帮
你去问这些问题，还会建议你不要瞎问这些问题，你直接跟seller agent聊反而有时候
会发现这些答案，卖家没钱啦tax card 问题啊这些我可能真的调查早了导致每次都退

pissing further than the other side. You can try to define who is who.but
without consequences, your definition is just another interpretation.
And why your interpretation should be accepted as general rule? that is
another debate.

讨论中有些言论是需要被禁止的，比如最简单的，谩骂。
