我发现每次有关于tele的帖子，很多朋友都有兴趣，但是持有的信息都不完整，我就顺
便来纠正一些偏颇的观点吧: (码这么多字，版主帮mark一下吧）
首先要区分telemark gear vs alpine touring gear和telemark turn vs alpine turn
这两个不同层面上的范畴，你可以在telemark gear上做tele turn和alpine turn，可
以在AT gear上做alpine turn甚至是tele turn.
如果是说tele turn vs alpine turn, 相比alpine turn, tele turn是一种很不
efficient的转弯/吸能的方式，其特点是在alpine turn主要基于edge change的基础上
，增加了一个lead change的维度(dimension)和多一个pivot point的维度, 其实
alpine turn也可以lead change, 只是在大多数雪况下影响不是很明显而已。 所以... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 141 | 2 我自己的理解Pivoting大部分情况下指靠腿脚以脚底为圆心扭转雪板，一般需要在腾空
或者板底平放不立刃的情况下才好完成，主要用于窄小地形迅速改变雪板方向，跟纯靠
立刃和对板刃施加压力来改变转弯半径的carving相对。实际情况下很多时候是需要两
种技术结合以适应不同复杂地形。
：我的理解是，separation其实跟pivoting是等价的同一概念，thigh的骨头在hip窝里
转，hip和以上部位不动。这个动作叫做pivoting，导致的结果是上下半身分离。

pivot是同一个动作，对两个不同部位的不同描述。
我想强调hip窝的pivot，是因为我自己体会觉得这算是一个滑蘑菇不容易做好的地方。
这是保持hip square and forward的一个重要的要领。如果是光拧脚或者膝盖，而hip
窝里不pivot，会导致另一边的hip往回缩，形成一种外侧腿蹬出去的感觉。 |

发帖数: 5514 | 4 太多新手错误地点杖了。偶尔也能见到一些滑得很不错的年纪比较大的还在他们以前按
滑straight skis的方式点杖。滑得很好，但是就是点杖动作有点多余。
一般大家认为的点杖的作用：
1）帮助身体平衡？不对，拿着雪杖就行，点不是必须的。
2）引导身体重心向前/向新的方向？半对半错吧，是有这个作用，但是技术正确的话没
雪杖也能正确引导身体重心。
3）帮助雪板edge脱离旧的turn, 帮助快速转弯。这是对的，但是大多数新手滑的
groomed trail其实不是很需要这个帮助。过分利用雪杖来帮助edge change的话，你就
没办法好好去练习更有效率的靠weight shift来实现的edge change.
4) 暂时让身体变轻，让放平的雪板更容易pivot, 这是对的，但是和之前一样，新手道
对这个辅助不是很需要，如果你觉得自己需要的话，多半是本身pivot turn技术还需要
练习.
最后加个总结吧。新手过早地去练习点杖（往往还是错误的方式），非常不利于他/她
对更基本，重要的的技术动作( edge pressure/ pivot/ ...)的练习和掌握。

if you do need to get many columns, add xml() before your pivot and you will
get an pivot table for whatever how many columns you have.
then you will have to do xml query to get those columns back. |

经过市场CONFIRM的最低点和最高点，换句话说是这个意思，当一个潜在PIVOT到了的时

1) You can find if the pivot element is in both arrays. If not, then stop and return false.
2) After you divide an array o two parts based on a pivot element's value, you can count each part's element numbers. Only when those numbers are same for two arrays, you do another iteration. Otherwise, stop and return false.
Thus if two arrays are different, you have better chance to find that before you do more work. |
