referring to fast flat serve with no placement.
Second the top singles 4.5 here do not build their game around a 120 mph
serve with placement. They all have a variety of serves. Nasty slice, or
kick to draw you off, then sneaks in a big flat serve. The 2 4.5s that got
bumped to 5.0 predominately use slice serve as their first, and it's
probably around 100mph, but well placed.

比较努力的学校，只是PSAT考试可能不太上心。而且他们学生是筛选过后入学的。应该
说学生平均学业水平高过MSJ。15%大藤率并没有因为是私校讨到太多便宜。

我的instructor也提到过这个案例，他的理论是placement，placement，placement。
9mm要对准chest和head。Miami的打中了lung，还不够effective。他认为9mm要讲究
placement，而且很多警察的射击训练都有问题。他教过附近一个county的police
department如何打9mm。他很自豪地说现在只有那一个county的警察还在用9mm，其他的
都转到。40了。

最近讨论涉及approach shots比较多。所以剪辑了一些跟球友的
approach shots，不过请不要转载。
球友一发二发都很好，所以我经常回浅然后被虐。而我的发球又很烂，
被attack的很凶，综上所述，很难break球友，自己保发率也就50%
左右，所以基本每局只能拿到2，3分的样子。最近打过5局，好像只
break过他两次。其中一局发球状态保持不错，正好又break他一次，
混到了6：6，然后又脆败了。
先奔下回球浅了被球友狂虐的吧。

球友是东方式传统正手，击球很平，球速较快。球友正手approach
shot大量采用open stance，感觉他的击球隐蔽性很好，不容易
预判方向。等看清楚方向时已经多半来不及到位了。感觉对付他
必须打深并压反手，或者抢先强行攻击，可惜很难保证成功率。

你练出了90mph的发球速度，也不可能练出90mph的placement. 90mph猛砸某点（你
最习惯的点）的发力机制和75 mph placement的发力机制完全不一样。换句话说，
你先练球速，再练placement, 以前练得球速也全都废了，还得从头开始。 |

动作基础上练习placement，比较合理。当然不同的placement可能会微调
动作才行，但应该不会太离谱。
而发出60mph的动作，几乎是个壮汉，不管多错误的动作，都可以到这个速度。
在非常错误的动作基础上练placement，比较危险，甚至会影响运动寿命，
导致伤病之类的。
所以我其实是以能发出的最大球速来检验动作的正确性。如果有教练肯定了
我的动作，那么不到90mph，可能也可以先开始注重placement训练。但是
这不是WSN没请教练么。 |

第二步是把slice 和 bend 发出来
第三步是placement
最后是加power
我现在勉强刚过第二步。你的第一步练好了吗？Placement在于拍子触球的contact
point,所以对你的抛球，timing都有高要求。这个步骤很难也很重要。这个练好了练
placement会简单很多。建议不要弯膝，身体要稳，注意球上的某个点 ，由这个点来
control placement. |

baby，以前也在家带大baby，书丢了有几年了。主要可能是晚上严重缺睡眠，考试的时
候头发晕，清醒的时候做过寄来的sample，分数也在640分左右。
现在准备到附近的社区大学去修先修课。因为老公今年毕业，就希望能等到他安定
下来，就近找个社区大学上学，这样就不至于一家分开了，所以拖到现在才申请社区大
学。这个社区大学反应很迅速，第二天就给我发了一封邮件，我还没来得及叫ESL寄托
福成绩，信上说我可以参加他们的English Placement test，更快一些，再者，我即使
交了托福成绩，我还是要参加他们的English placement Test. 我想这样也省事，就直
接考个English Placement 吧，再把 Math 考了。到Test Center后，被告知我只能参
加ESL TEST，因为我的native language 不是英文，我的高中不是在美国上的。我说，
我没准备，我以为那是给语言班准备的考试，我能不能就参加他们的English
Placement Test |
