活动，比如我见过我们这儿当地公共图书馆就有诗人开过介绍聂鲁达和其他诗人作品的
讲座。poets.org上有更多信息。
我们这儿的当地报纸上也有一些关于诗的文章。下面这篇是个诗人和文学教授写的教普
通读者如何阅读理解诗歌的文章，在昨天的报纸上，挺有意思的。
摘要一下：没有必要对诗有一种本能的排斥，不要预先假定自己读不懂诗。诗人可能会
用一些看似荒唐无理的语言，来促使读者用不同的眼光看世界。如果一首诗一读就全懂
，没有任何神秘性，不能促人思考，也不一定就好。诗要慢慢读，多读几遍，即使第一
遍没读懂，并不意味着这是首烂诗，真正好的诗，每读一遍，就会给人更多理解，更多
发现，意味无穷。

取。
不过我们家什么情形跟尹家什么情形没有关系，只是以我自己为例，提醒楼主一下，人
生和家庭千姿百态，“每年报税他家有哪些收入一目了然”这句话，在经手报税的那个
人那里是真，在不报税的人那里，家里有哪些收入就是一稀里糊涂。

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。
