练练PLUNGE，SIDE PLUNGE（请GOOGLE姿势），练练LEG RAISE, REVERSE CRUNCH，
。。。。
如果你实在想练 ARM ，就拿大一些的矿泉水瓶子， 装满水，足够了。
你要是真想要10LB的，就拿个1加仑的牛奶桶，装满水。总之有办法。
重量可调节。：）
我想问问女生练健身的话，买什么哑铃比较合适？我力量挺弱的，俯卧撑不标准的大概
做8-9个，按标准动作的一个都撑不起来。我看了网上selecttech觉得太重了，有没有
其它的可以推荐？你练的时候用多重的哑铃？

如果你要练腹肌，很多运动啊。YOUTUBE SEARCH: ABS WORKOUT。 一堆一堆的。
最常见的：plunge, side plunge, crunch, sit up, 各种负重非负重的动作，
GYM里也很多器械，慢慢琢磨。：）
怎么都做不了8min abs， 还没做几秒就脖子痛的不行。

好是用水做负重，下山的时候倒掉。给你个大致的我们的bench mark: 4 miles, 3300
ft, 2小时及格，1:30优秀。不是说你体能达不到就一定不能登，但是你如果能及格就
会有一定的saftey margin。登山不是跑road race，you can't go all out. when
things happen, rescue might not be immediately available, 即使是Rainier，
rescue也经常是days away
技术上，我们一般都很general的教alpine rock & glacier。我们用的教材是freedom
of the hills 8th edition。书的权威性我不做评价，大家见仁见智。我读过的书也不
少。craig connnally的the mountaineering handbook和cosley & houston的alpine

Spark Plug Lake上，由西向东穿过整条山脊，再从东边的Glacier Lake到Surprise

我们6点一刻从我家门口的P&R出发，沿途又接了几个人，到Steven Pass收拾好东西准
备出发的时候，已经过8点了。这条路我走过很多次，一直最喜欢index附近的那一段风
景；因为海拔不高，那一带的山多是绿树覆盖着的，只有两座我叫不出名字的，从头到
脚都被积雪覆盖着，白皑皑的立在一片灰绿之间，很是醒目。从停车场出发，刚开始的
一个小时是沿着夏天的trail走，几乎全是平路，顺着溪水的一侧走在茂密的小树林里
。脚印被踩的很结实了，沿着走就好了。不少地方都有点滑，很多人都拿出microspike

markets at Federated Investors Inc., said the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index
will probably plunge about 62 percent.
He spoke during a Bloomberg Television interview today. The Federated
