If you have lousy UI, you don't sell. Do you think people will buy it if
they are repeatedly assulted by the WM for 2 years *contract*. Talking about the market share just slipped another 1/3 in a year ....

under Lead. MS is very hard, if not impossible to make itself agile. When a
GM has only 2 dev manager, why would he need a director to manage those 2
manager and has only one direct report + the secretary,oh wait, architect
and other a bunch of high level PMs. If you go through the tree, the funny
part is that people that contribute code count less than 20% of the
headcounts in that org. |
