发帖数: 684 | 6 你说“有人愿意接盘”，我觉得你可能把投资和投机都限制在交易这个层面了。另外我说的“波段”或者“时间段”，是说整个过程的大部分时间，而不是特别短的时间。一个东西再能盈利，如果这种盈利总是脉冲式出现并消失，那就不值得介入，也不叫投资。或者盈利模式很快就进入一个不稳定的阶段，或者随时爆炸掉血本无归的可能，这种投入怎么能叫投资呢？
投资的特征是稳健回报，光看回报这个结果，不要求稳健这个过程，不叫投资。
Ponzi Scheme一个稳定回报系统吗？随时可能崩盘的系统，怎么能参与呢？ 像东南沿
海的那种地下圈钱（浙江吴英那种），初期参与的人还可以叫投机，晚期参与的人连投
机这个词给他们用上都是侮辱投机这两个字。 |

首先什么叫旁氏骗局呢？
庞氏骗局是一种最古老和最常见的投资诈骗，是金字塔骗局的变体，很多非法的传销集
团就是用这一招聚敛钱财的，这种骗术是一个名叫查尔斯?庞齐的投机商人“发明”的
。它是指以高资金回报率为许诺，骗取投资者投资，用后来投资者的投资去偿付前期投
资者的欺骗行为。
“庞氏骗局”源自于一个名叫查尔斯-庞齐（Charles Ponzi，1878-1949）的人，
他是一个意大利人，1903年移民到美国。在美国干过各种工作，包括油漆工，一心想发
大财。他曾经在加拿大因伪造罪而坐过牢，在美国亚特兰大因走私人口而蹲过监狱。经
过美国式发财梦十几年的熏陶，庞齐发现最快速赚钱的方法就是金融，于是，从1919年
起，庞齐隐瞒了自己的历史来到了波士顿，设计了一个投资计划，向美国大众兜售。
这个投资计划说起来很简单，就是投资一种东西，然后获得高额回报。但是，庞齐
故意把这个计划弄得非常复杂，让普通人根本搞不清楚。1919年，第一次世界大战刚刚

首先我想澄清一下 Groupon 上市并不能证明科技泡沫的存在。没有什么科技泡沫，只
不过有时会出现一些小泡泡而已。比起欧洲希腊的债务危机，Groupon 的故事也只是大
巫见小巫。但既然 Groupon 已经申请上市，而且未来几年内科技经济界人士会一直听

这个观念产生的年代，是人口少，而未被开垦的土地很多。农业生产的性质，就是生产率能提高的空间不大，要总产量高，给国家更多的积累，就需要大量生产人。
养一个人长大的成本很大，如果小孩养了就飞了，老人等失去劳动能力，就得饿死了，那就等于白养了小孩。农业社会，人的活动空间有限，只能让小孩来养老人。但小孩是有自己的FREE WILL的，未必心甘情愿养老人，因为养老人这事情没有收益回报。为了让他们养老人，就要告诉他们这个是美德，你养了老人，就是实现了人生的价值，做了好人，下辈子就大发了。
然后这个经济原因被遗忘，只剩下所谓年轻人要养老人是天经地义的教条，老人也利用了这个教条的道德高地，要求小孩无条件地服从自己，不然就是重罪。
这玩意就是一个PONZI，孩子是大人的下线，被吃的一群
可惜现在这个经济背景全变了，礼教早就变成了有组织毁灭年轻人和社会创造力的工具，巴金27岁的时候就全明白了
可悲的是那些被这个过时的礼教吃掉的那些，还在捍卫这个吃人的礼教，简直就是斯德哥尔摩症候群 |

中国外储1.9T, 其中70％为美元相关。就算1.4T好了。美债0.7T,2房0.5T,剩下0.2T要
维持正常的贸易和货币互换，即使声称买，也买不了多少了。今年贸易顺差2月大幅下
降，今年能买0.2T的美债就不错了。
老美这边，商业银行和投行，目前的窟窿，众人估计，在3T~5T左右。如果不发生CDS和
IRS的进一步爆炸，就是这么多了。中国买0.2T,日本和海湾，平时一年也就是买0.2T,
算他们今年拼命救老美，买1T，还是不够。Fed至少要印2T，还不算海外抛售2房等机构
债的。
目前老美联邦债务，不算medical和security，差不多12T，加上完全挽救银行要至少3T
，国债至少15T.经济萎缩，gdp到底估计也就13T.联邦政府一年收入2T。如果通胀来了
，fed如果想学Paul volcker,利率不用升到20％，升到10％，15T的利息就能吃掉联邦
政府75%的收入。到时候财政赤字不但降不下来，只会继续滚雪球上升。ponzi scheme
