levels are vary. MPIs have very good reputation in science and engineering
even in history and law field. If LZ wanna get a faculty posistion in SG/HK,
the name of MPI itself is good enough, but the main point is the quality of
the future supervisor. If LZ can get a postion in a big bull's group, it is
really a good chance. I know many guys did their post-doc in Neher's group
then got tenure track positions in US.

总的来说，同样的路径，我用aerobar的时候感觉振动最轻。用hoods posistion的时候
感觉到的振动最强。用low bar的时候感觉间于两者之间。
所以我觉得是重量分布的问题。aerobar的姿势我的体重压住车比较稳，其实振动是一样
的，感觉不一样而已。 |

They change players. Offense players only play offense. Defensvie players
play defense. Only few players can play both, like Dion Sanders, maybe
Charles Woodson...
Even they pass 50 yard, it might still be a good posistion. Because if
they punt, the ball might end inside 10 yards. 50 yard vs 90 yard for
offense, you do the math.
it might looks easy to you. BUt the succesful rate is less than 50%.
becuase you only have one chance. Sometimes, it is even difficult to move
less than a yard. |

blocking 联盟排名第一。pass blocking 也不太差。但是对狗熊那场，龙哥受伤后，
Center就受伤了，替补Center也接着受伤，然后就是其他球员play out of posistion
来补。接下来的几场比赛也有不少伤情。IR上，今年有两个前一轮摘的T回归，Brian
Bulaga，derek sherrod， 还有未来的center，常青藤学校康乃尔毕业的JC Tretter。
所以OL实力会加强，从往年的软肋变成强项了。 |

挺没劲的，但我还是希望大家能有点起码的素质和对人的尊重。人大还来了几个莫名其
妙的人，貌似还听到他们有个什么处长说，人家办一个RECEPTION，我们就办两个，
不是显得重视么。貌似他们就是来跟上面教任务的，不是来招人的。
呆了一会，去了上财的。刚一进去，就被镇住了。田国强院长在前面讲话，底下的人站
成2排，鸦雀无声。我因为来的晚，只听到了两句。但也感觉字字句句都让人感觉上财
是真正来招人的，说的都是关于海龟concern的问题。中间还和别的院长聊了几句，感
觉都还不错，挺平易近人的。就是名字记不住了。觉得这是个GROWING SCHOOL. 他们说
关于海龟的制度都很透明，不会有什么猫腻。

比如说，博士后流动站不要就那么直译post-doctor
station,可以不可以译为很简单的;post-doctor research posistions(opportunities)

but now it is some kind of extreme work. I thought it was because my skill
deteriorated badly. Until I sequence a few clones. All the clones showed
that one of the two oligoes had lost half of the designed length. I thought
it was because the oligo wasn't pured and did a gel purification. To my

达人指点一下，给个思路就可以。
我目前的思路是用离散的时间点，来描述分子的运动。取dt=0.001秒，然后每个阶段时间，来记录
一下分子间的距离（用于后期制作RDF用）。
我是用Lennard-Jones Force在每个时间点的变化来求加速度，然后再求出每个分子运动的轨
迹。
但是，现在的问题是，我不知道用什么条件来约束分子的运动。比如，当两个小球距离很近的时候，
其排斥力应该是很大的，此时应该怎么用程序来描述，之后小球又该如何改变运动，这一点实在是没
有头绪。
