so on and on. 几十年下来,绝对有稳定性。
他的错误能够得到尽快纠正。
他的功劳应该得到承认。

1. 看牙保险给报销么?
参见具体policy。健康保险如无明文提到exception,一般可以认为不报。看病之
前,自学一下保险手册的关键条款(有生命危险或疼得天昏地暗者除外)。
2. 看牙咋省钱?
有保险的考虑适当拖延。到下一年可以用新报销额度。
自费买dental insurance:一般premium几百/年,一年最多报销两千,外加
waiting period,所以不一定合算。临时报佛脚的情况就不要考虑了。
dental discount plan:在参加计划的诊所可以立刻打折。比如Aetna Advantage
Dental。
收入确实低的,在本地找免费或low cost诊所。这些地方可能有eligibility要求
,很多只提供有限服务。
去附近的dental school clinic,给学生做小白鼠。

Q: Steve, I'm addressing this to you due to your power/skill in the pistol
department. Since I've started squatting and doing pistols, I've noticed a
very strong neural link develop between the heels and the glutes/lower back.
When I step down with a heel I can feel raw, springy power shooting up that
leg. I suppose this is what I meant when I said that good squatting
develops overall athleticism.

所谓抱孩子的技术动作不就是hip drive么。

很多人都这么说,都是知其然不知其所以然。我以前也持相同看法。
世界上最优秀的举重者,奥林匹克举重运动员,都是蹲到底,膝盖超过脚尖的。只有
powerlifting squat才是膝盖不超过脚尖,sit back。但那是因为他们想更多的使用
posterior chain而已。
想象两个身高腿长一样的人,一个穿9码的鞋一个穿11码的,那么他们深蹲时膝盖允许
前伸的幅度竟然不一样?这不很可笑么……

我粗浅的研究结果是, 对于久坐又腰痛的人, 练整个posterior chain都有用, 但是引
体可能相对效果最小.
这类人的问题是臀, ham, weak and tight, 然后hip flexor weak and tight, 最好是
先强化这些. 当然lower back肯定也是要练的, 但是不要做任何觉得不舒服的动作. 比
如你说的引发那个针刺感的任意动作.
不过你还是最好去看医生, 我乱说的...

我之前说过,lowbar 主要是engage posterior chain对大腿刺激是不小,但对屁股刺
激也很大。
如果是high bar那么那主要是quad是粗大腿的。

主要是侧重斜方,
如果他们练的是clean,那么还有quads
如果是power clean那主要是斜方。
不过很重要的一点,不管是clean,还是power clean都是一个全身的work out,整个
posterior chain都会被练到,连续几
个之后就大汗淋漓了。

low bar squat的运动原理
(为什么LB能蹲更大的重量)
LB squat在powerlifting里面几乎是predominant的,原因就是,inherently,它可以让
我们蹲更大的重量。
(我插句话,说到powerlifting,想起来前一段时间在练C&J,gym里有bumperplates。
当然,把杠铃砸到地上肯定少不了。结果一个gym的PT过来了,撇着大嘴,跟我说,什
么不能drop BB to floor,要lower the bar in a controlled motion。我当时就无语
,说这个不可能,也没人这么干包括举重运动员。然后这个大姐说,我认识全美排名第
三的powerlifter,I know all about powerlifting. 我继续吐,C&J哪里是
powerlifting啊,典型的Olympic weightlifting啊。我这么跟她说后,她说,有区别
吗?我血已吐干,离开gym,回家退掉了membership。这样的gym,不去也罢。)

low bar squat与普通人的运动习惯
low bar squat还有一个特点就是,相对简单易学,因为它符合我们平时的运动习惯。
假定我们要从一个椅子上站起来。那么99%的人应该是这样做的:上身向先前伸,然后
腿稍伸直一些,然后上身挺直,伴随腿完全伸直。sounds familiar?对,这不就是low
bar squat的标准动作么!
这个动作自然的将重心从髋部转移到脚上然后自然的上身挺直完成站立。另外一种可能
的站立方式是:上身保持竖直,然后脚向后收到躯干正下方,然后腿伸直完成站立。有
兴趣的可以试一下,这样的话,大腿(股四)是比较累的,我们显然更倾向于用类似
low bar squat的方式。
因为,相对于股四,人的posterior chain是一个非常强有力的肌群,“Low bar squat
”的站立方式必然会更加省力,更舒服。

low bar squat 的注意事项:
1. 像我前面提到的,杆子不要放到太低,那样上身也不能挺直,杆子也没有一个
stable platform,很有可能滑下造成手臂受伤。
2 hip drive不要过当。在gym里见过一些人(女生居多),站立过程中,hip drive过
当。躯干几乎与地面水平,这样腰椎承受的剪力就非常大,腰椎间盘突骨之类的损伤就
很容易发生。我觉得之所以女生容易发证这种情况,可能是因为女性的肌肉分布跟男性
,不一样,说白了就是屁股大,这就意味着,相对(注意,我说的是相对的)的
posterior strength女性要强一些,所以她们更加倾向于利用躯干直立过程抬起杠铃。
3. 脚要外八字。 这样可以让膝盖自然打开,这样不会造成躯干和大腿碰触、互相干扰
。搜搜youtube视频,那里有关于具体双脚要成什么角度的介绍。
4 背要收紧,手肘要后抬,这样才能提供一个稳定的平台。
5 手臂不要用力,不要试图用手臂的力量去托起杠铃,这样容易造成肘关节损伤。手臂
只是起稳定作用

怎么保持上身竖直?用力啊兄弟。
你的这个基于leverage的说low bar 更安全的说法缺了一个重要前提,即LB和HB的上身
倾斜角度一样的情况下。但是HB的上身倾角本身就是比LB小的多的(更竖直),两个情
况的造成的髋部的弯距必然是LB 更大。这点我前面提到了,正因为LB髋部弯距更大,
它更多的利用了posterior chain,所以能蹲更大的重量。
你还忽略了一点,深蹲还有一个危险因素是腰椎上承受的剪力,这点说来,LB的确承受
更大的剪力。
你说的最后两个leverage的schetch是正确的,但是要强调是HB并不过分利用这个
leverage。
secret在不在于让上身竖直主要看你用什么方式是HB还是LB

说实话,我在练习时从来都没有出现过MK25前瞄挂在kydex shell 上, 因为Theis
holster 的kydex 外缘都经过很圆润的打磨,而且都往外翻得很厉害,你就是想故意把
前瞄挂在Kydex 上难度都很大,因为MK25 的扳机圈已经被这款FNS9的kydex 固定得很
牢固了,没有任何程度的anterior-posterior rotation. 如果枪能够以扳机圈为轴心
而旋转的话,那就要小心前瞄被挂到了。

如果是要加强臀部和大腿后侧(股二或hamstring),绝对忽悠RDL, 没有之一。
深蹲主要是大腿正面(quads)和屁股(主要是屁股偏下部),学名叫frontier chain;
RDL是大腿背面和屁股(主要是屁股中部),学名叫posterior chain。
RDL的伟大之处是人体最强壮的quads给凉在一边了,完全得靠臀和hamstring来发力。

科普一下,但不求100%科学正确。
一个膝盖关键的部分就是那些韧带(四条)、股/髌/胫骨的软骨、和半月板(两个)。
这些都可以损伤、撕裂和破裂,韧带也可以全断。受伤了就发炎、积水、更痛。
半月板附着在小腿骨的最上端,和大腿骨最下端软骨可以有相对运动。半月板本身也是
软骨。
实际上半月板和上面的股骨软骨是挨得很紧的。图中的大缝只是示意。
