实在忍不住，半夜起来发帖。一直以为自己只会看贴，不会为了家里的事情在网上发帖
，不想跟爸妈说，怕他们担心，终于有一次也把bbs当树洞了一回。。。
生了老二，还在月子里，知道月子里哭伤眼睛，却因为LG哭了好几次。
大宝睡觉从小就不好，直到14个月睡整觉之前，基本都是每个小时或更短醒来哭闹一番
。1岁前幸好有妈妈帮忙，我们两个轮流晚上看着大宝，就这样熬了过来。大宝现在快3
岁了，还是睡觉脑子也不休息，时不时就闭着眼睛痛哭一通，今天晚上本来好好的，我
和LG在看片子，突然大宝就狂哭起来，我马上去哄大宝，让LG网上查查看宝宝为什么哭
，LG边查边数落我说我晚上别吓孩子。(平时大宝怕黑，怕猫，有时他不听话，特别淘

帮楼主说下吧：这个叫Postpartum thyroiditis，一般产后一年内发病，首先表现可能
为甲亢，也可能甲减，继后发展成严重甲减。发病一般在产后1－4个月，甲亢期2－8个
星期，然后发展成甲减，甲减期可持续2周，最久6个月，以后甲状腺功能可以慢慢恢复
。有30％的女性停留在甲减期不恢复，需要终身服药，在甲减诊断的前6个月内，医生
一般会说 you might need take...rest of your life. （might=可能，不等于必需）
因为甲状腺激素是人体必需激素，在T4很低或者TSH很高的情况下，一般给予T4治疗。
70％妇女产后一年甲状腺功能恢复正常。30％需要长期替代治疗。（着30％的人在以后
也会部分恢复甲状腺功能）
这个和中医的治疗没有直接关系！

OB”这个我理解是你除了规定的比如六周的postpartum visit 之外的postpartum
visits.比如我生了之后，因为发烧，2周和4周去看了ob，我的记录里显示了out
patient visits 两次,虽然不交copay,但跟我从前的prenatal visit分开charge（我的
所有prenatal visits只charge一次），不过所有的应该都在最后给你一个大bill.

我的ob的office就是在医院里面，她一开始就开了个账单，20周的时候付的，3500刀包
括：
-regular prenatal office visits
-urinalysis at each office visit
-routine care of mother at time of vaginal delivery
-postpartum care in the hospital
-one post-delivery check-up in the office.
保险后自己付1900。
我最近在医院online pre-register了, 医院又给我发了个1000多的账单 for the
upcoming service。我理解的是我付给ob的-postpartum care in the hospital 这一
项就应该是住院费用了吧。这个pre-register要付的难道又是住院费？

有类似的课，还是建议去参加一下，这个和家里看vedio感觉不一样。即便是你有医学
背景。
之前看了laugh and learn birth class and breast feeding class。
这次去产课感觉这个课还是很有收获的，虽然不能详细的解说每个topic， 但是基本上
cover了所有应该注意和可能发生的问题。这边收费只有65元两个人，早上还有bagel,
水果和饮料。
这两天的内容包括：child birth 的全部注意事项－比如vaginal delivery and C-

的枕骨突起的地方，想着自己不会得了脑瘤了吧，在那霎那间心如擂鼓的恐惧和孤独感
，记忆犹新。自己选择学医，是否多少有这方面潜在的影响，我不知道。
我一直觉得只有postpartum的女性才会有fear of death的最深沉最真实的感受。生理
上激素的巨大改变，心理的因素，交杂在一起，让我们对生命有了更深沉的体会和感受。
在医院工作，经常面对病床上垂危的患者，让人不得不去面对现实中经常选择去逃避的
问题。What will happen when our lives end? What is it like not to feel and
sense anymore eternally? How will the world be while it has no relationship

chart太频繁了,15分钟一次,光是这个就搞的我精疲力尽.而且太boring,呆了一大半天
那个产妇还是没什么动静.不过你说的那些好处还是很诱人的.
Antepartum 和 postpartum怎么样?能谈谈它们的优缺点吗?我觉得postpartum好象还行,
但是帮产妇胃奶太frustrating了.带我的那个护士在床边站了整整40分钟,还是猫着腰站
着.把我这个跟班的都累坏了.

来，我们所有的paperwork都是打分的，我上周的分特低，在nursing diagnosis一项，
我得了0分/6分，老师说我没有address your patient's major issues。但我不太同意
，大家先帮我看看，我的diagnosis是不是真有很大的问题，只能得0分，如果是，我想
和老师再谈谈，这个很主要，因为这个，老师给了我一个learning contract，这个在
我们的progran是很严重的问题，直接关系到这门课的fail or pass
过去4周我在maternity，上周是最后一天，按照schedule，我那天没有病人，半天跟着
charge nurse做team leader，半天去OR看做手术。因为我一直没有labor and
delivery病人，都是postpartum，那天正好有一个，老师就问我要不要上午照顾这个病
人，下午去OR，不用做team leader了。我选了病人
