regard to any joint. If you do it right, it help heel your joint pain. If
you do it wrong it causes joint pain.
My back shoulder used to hurt after a long bike ride. It was caused by my
incorrect riding posture during the early days of my cycling. Later, even I
fixed my bike fitting problem and improved by posture. It still won't go

daily walk about. It is the posture that leads to injuries not the lack of
cushion of the sole. I guess that's the barrier for new runners - if you don
't have the right posture, you can't run in those $40 shoes. |

时候stroke的时候lead arm不能习惯性的伸直，中国女孩子如果不专门锻炼胸大肌的
muscle都比较短，很难能达到要求。

的婚礼否，那几只绕有花环的圆柱也出现在今晚的舞台上，以前真没觉得，它能有如此烘
托华贵气氛的功效。
第二是参赛选手站立的POSTURE。以前听说，女孩子在舞台上站立时，没事时，两手相搭
成扣，双肘一字平行，摆在胸前，两脚掌成丁字形。（说得不对，可以指正。）
这里到没看到这些。选手们站立时的POSTURE，双手自然搭下。右脚伸在左脚前，成侧站
立。我同去的朋友评价说：怎么老觉得他们站不稳。
第三是，每位参赛选手出场，上届的MRS UCF参赛者会做为司仪来牵着女选手。总体看来
，男士们都不太上得了台面，面部比女选手紧张去了。另外，就绅士风度而言，装模作样
还好，但比起老牌欧洲来，还是差了许多。（我007看多了？）
第四，如你能想象，这样的选美，还是选才艺与急智多些。
第五，当采访其他选手时，有人希望能进娱乐业，有人想去白宫。那位MISS AMERICA，我
指着她的RESUME给我的学生看时，她也同样惊讶与那位的组织关系，据问是政治团体。
