1. 关于深蹲同意楼上几位的意见,主要问题还是high bar set-up but low bar
posture,我觉得与其去fix form变成high bar,莫不如直接放低杠铃的位置过渡到low
bar (但是建议不要用pad,因为太难架稳),再有就是无论怎么蹲,elbow flare
out还是有些过,下蹲前都几乎平行地面了,这样会给身体造成很大的前倾力比较危险
,建议把tighten upper back把shoulder blade尽量往后收。。
2. 关于dl,觉得主要问题也是sit back不够导致hip先于大腿有个比较明显的shoot up
,这点上我倒感觉是因为set-up的不够正确吧,应该尽量后坐这样才能更好的activate
glutes。。。另外也就是有back round问题,主要还是因为身体前倾太大upper back
不够紧,总之我觉得fix这些的关键就是你set-up的时候要尽量sit back,拉的时候有
既向上又向后的感觉,而不是单纯的直上直下。。。
还有个小问题(也许也很重要),就是尽量别穿有气垫的跑鞋练这两个动作(我看得不

When watching those guys who had been trained by professional or golf academy,
just envy them so much.
Look at the consistency their swings and their balls go. And also the stable
swing, the tempo, even the posture.
Sigh.. let me remind of my tennis and basketball skill.
Btw, i bought the Nike t40 5 woods, titlest sandwedge. The nike woods are so
weired for me. Even don't know how to setup my ball. The sandwedge,

it was just one year ago. I played with some seniors and they commented you
swing (posture) is like Tiger.
Last Dec, I played the ASU golf course with 3 Janpanese. After I teed off
the hole #16, one guy who can speak english said, your swing is like tiger
Woods.
the most important one was from my instructor - kaka.. my swing is like
tiger's. even not like his. I want to be like my instructor's simple swing.

看他现在的posture, 觉得超别扭。
评价说,在swing里讲feel和technical的, phil 是近乎100% feel, tiger 30%
technical, 70% feel, adam 就是70%的technical..
technical要是不work了,他估计就要使劲挣扎了。

I was reading the 1/2 plane swing theory and found it quite helpful, it
helped me realize that I am a natural one planer but there were a lot of
problems in my swing.
I believe the swing plane of arm is different than that of the club, i.e.
arm will not always be on the same plane with the club. But I think if we
understand what is the right swing plane for the club, and we also have the
right setup posture, arm will fall in the right swing plane by definition.

考虑换个 putter,现在用的是个$20块买的,用着不爽,主要是觉得它的 Lie Angle
对我来说太 upright 。索性想换个好点的算了,看了看网上的讨论,以下几个评价还
不错的

Guerin Rife 2-Bar putter

价格应该都在 $200 以内。现在倾向于 Guerin Rife 的那个,看网上评价相当不错,
而且仿佛可以自己调 Lie Angle,所以以后要改 Setup up posture 的话也不用花钱调
Lie Angle。准备明天去 Golf Galaxy 试一试,感觉好的话就下手了。

i've checked with several instructors locally. man, i guess i could teach
better than them.
i did't pay too much attention on my swing for almost 3 months. but i know
my swing. it's not randomly self-confidence. but, i know it.. from ball

didn't want to post them out. actually, i hit balls well at that day. but
just not lately..
in the past 3 months, there was always wind blowing from the south. for many
holes I played at the same course, it's the cross wind direction for the
green position. so i tried to tee off at the left side of the tee box to
against the wind. when the ball went to right several times, i guess I
changed my posture subconciuously. it means I don't know I changed something
.

right forearm is movement? it's more like "chop"
比如你用斧头低手去砍一个矮的树桩时手前臂的动作。
因为你的球杆头和杆是个L形,所以你不会得到"砍"球的效果,而是将球SWEEP起。
当然,这里依然还有个the timing between hip rotation and shoulder rotation.
actually, when I showed my swing to my friend, Scotty, I showed "different
grib, different posture" or whatever, I was still able to strike ball
straight for all irons.. it's pretty funny.

My personal experience is that the grip is the most important thing,
followed by posture. But you probably can not get it right from the
beginning - just make sure the come back and check the basics again and
again...
As which is the power hand, I felt what Shawn Clement said makes the most
sense to me - use your nature power hand. He can actually play both left-
hand and right-handed well, but always uses his right hand as power hand.

这四个都不是swing, 而是swing之前的set-up. 它们的共同点是:你对它们拥有100%的

Assume your grip, posture and alignment don't have major problem, check if
your left wrist collapses on the top of your back swing.
In my case, this had been the main reason for inconsistency.

i know many of you have been reading it , Ben Hogan's 5 fundamental of moder
golf swing.
Peronally, I like this book's discussion regarding posture, grib, arm
position, leg, ball position for different golf club, etc, those setup

i have done swing sequence comparison with pro. i am not hoping copy pro
exact move. but it's obvious i still have the following swing problems. see
the swing sequence attached, compared with Els, comparison grouped #1 - #10

ELS because more slomo video of his swing are available. i just focus on
the common features. like his lag, posture, impact and finish... he
rehinges club quicker than tiger during finish....

我这个“你”是genral的说法,不是指yellowstone你本人。
我记得我前端时间动作出问题的时候,我也试着解释给randy我的重心问题,我的backs
wign plane 等我有段时间已经不屑看的东西。他告诉我的话就是,forget about thos
e, all you need to do is rotating ur forearm as your instint tells you.
他不在乎我那时身体距离球的远近,我的posture,我是做half/swing还是full swing,
等等。
一旦能击出写高质量的球了,身体的姿势都好说。 即使击球过程中身体扭曲了,能想办
法协调shoulder toation/body rotation,也能击出好球。

could be both, good driver/shaft and swing improvement.
did a lot of drills, stop backswing at top and turn head to check wrist
hinge and shaft position, also stand in front of mirror to check posture.
spent some time working on getting in proper deliver position and have
right arm more connected to chest. will video some time later and check. but
more and more i feel it's important to be aware what your body parts doing
during swing without mirror and video camera...

you still have not developed a consistent swing. you mood can impact swing
to some extend. but it shouldn't have dramatically effect on your swing. I went through the same frustration for a long time. I used to be very nervous once start to swing. now I can feel the effortless swing does help my game a lot after some technical adjustment. golf is not hit hard, it is hit by proper posture and swing.
I would recommend a book: effortless golf swing.

other hand needs to put in some serious practice time. I haven't been quite
able to play or practice since my gf got here.

I went through the same frustration for a long time. I used to be very
nervous once start to swing. now I can feel the effortless swing does help
my game a lot after some technical adjustment. golf is not hit hard, it is
hit by proper posture and swing.

我觉得最好的办法还是 pratice seriously.
真真想,无论你从那种距离推,你要想得是推进去。
你一次没推进去,你真需要动脑去分析为啥没退进去,去真真感觉你对break/pace的感
觉。
这玩意都不是机械的posture/grip /grip pressure等能练出来的。
读果岭需要经验,当然,常打的场地总是容易些。在练习果岭上,练的时间长了,读
break很容易变成instinct,所以需要变换练习。
我知道的最好的练推球的办法,是从2步这些超近的距离练起,特别是要关注洞口就很
多break的地方。
练习中,注意观察如何通过open/close club face来达到和break compensation的重要
性。
意思是说,球杆面和球未必一定要垂直。
当然了,高级技巧。呵呵。
tiger提到他的stroke path是insider-square-insider, 一个圆弧轨迹,其实挺make
sense.我现在用得很多。
从45码之外的pitch, clean your mind其实很重要。

我不相信那些frame-by0-frame swing motion,
我不相信高尔夫球具,
我不相信训练工具,
我相信的基本上就是 从solid ball contact - how you make the contact - how you
coordinate your body ,然后再套个所谓classical golf swing posture, 基本上就
行差不多了。其他的都是要在实践中成长。
上次参加的教会的活动,认识一个打得也不错的人。后来记得常在练习场上见到他。每
次他都带个摄像机,拍swing video,现场看;然后按照他的理解来纠正动作。
今天和他聊了2句,他给我展示了个新的训练工具,一个特别的golf club,奇怪在club
head上,想象成一把勺子。当然club face依然是平的,就是最club face下面,常和
地面接触那部分,多了一截。
他说这个工具的作用就是让你训练hands lead club face. 因为club face下面多了一
截,那截必须在土里才能让club

in fact 身体要放松 is a general trick in all sports, baseball, tennis,
golf, soccer kick, even boxing...
another key is to maintain a good stable posture (pure rotation around your
spine) during swing.... make sure where you address it, where you contact it
...to have precise contact at sweet spot.
admitted or not, distance and power is a big part of golf... tho we all know
consistency and accurancy is more important ... but more and more play golf
, i am less and less emthusiatic about distance ..

我倒觉得用CORE应该是对的. 我以前不用CORE,打得不准也不远(7号铁也就130到140码,
经常偏左). 直到上星期我得到一位准职业水平的人指点. 此人22岁,练球12年. 5号铁
的击球距离是200到215码,相当准. 我请教他如何打得远和准. 他说:"要想打得远和准
需要击球SOLID. 这可以从HALF SWING开始练起. 其实,半挥杆也可以打得很远." 于是,
我照着他的方法练了两天半挥杆(挥杆结束时,右脚跟仅微微抬起),7号铁的CARRY
DISTANCE便稳定地达到了150码,关键是非常准. 这是我以前无论如何做不到的. 这哥们
还建议我用半挥杆下场打球以检验效果. 在练了半挥杆后,我明显感到腹肌有点疼. 可
见是用到了CORE.

CORE 在SWING中肯定是要用到的, 而且CORE的力量越大, POSTURE 越稳,
MIDSECTION 越扎实, 腿上发动的POWER 越容易没有泄露的转移到肩膀.
关键是如何使用CORE:
是TRUN TRUNK 快些? 还是只是 增加CORE 的TENSION(练武术的人经常通过 宾气收腹
传力)?
其实我最近意识到我的问题不是转身慢, 而是转的太快太猛, FIRE HIP 做的过头了,
没法有效的利用 转身的速度. 其实就是转身慢一点, 也可以用HAND/ARM SPEED 快
一点弥补回来吧。 PRO 中有CORE DOMINANT (STRICKER TYPICIALLY), 但是也不
乏 HAND/ARM DOMINANT (OGILFY), 还有就是很多PRO CORE/HAND/ARM配合的很
好的。。。
如果只是强调 TURN TRUNK FASTER, 我觉得是很难掌握的。
我记得您DRIVER 可以达到 270- 290, 这样的话你的7IRON 放开SWING一般要
达到 170-180, MUCH LONGER THAN YOUR 150

the club you actually play is the best swing training device.
if you want to swing heavy, just swing two clubs at a time.
if you want swing with more resistance, you can tie a bag to the club shaft.

刚开始不要追求CONSISTENCY,

我觉得对于DRIVER 长竿, 那种 SWING AROUND BODY 的感觉明显一些。
对于SHORTER CLUBS, 还是很有那种UP AND DOWN STEEP SWING PLANE 的感觉。
you have very good flexiblity, if you feel comfortable with john daly like
back swing, don't have to change it. check out john daly swing, 就象是风火
轮, 他的RELEASE 很好。。。 你的ARMS 在FOLLOW THRU 的过程中弯曲的太快了
just need a better coordination with your shoudler turn and hip turn during
downswing.
and remember keep "dynamic posture".
in fact, without hip turned more than shoulder at impact, there is no way to

还不够CONSISTENT (3iron consistency is the worst), 个别
5IRON CARRY 过 195 GREEN
3,4 IRON CARRY 过 210 GREEN
DRIVER 没有对准243 YARD GREEN, 但有过和GREEN 并排的RIDGE
HIT SOLID 的时候觉得IRON 跟DRIVER 一样乘力。觉得很好利用了BACK SWING 产生的
扭距, 左右手比较协同, WRIST HINGE/release 和转身转肩转手腕协同上了。这样
在RANGE 上练长竿, 真实需要一点耐力, CORE 的力量, 保持POSTURE 稳定
一些MISS是HOOK, 那种20-40吗的HOOK。

今天是我第一次接受 CLUB 里面的 PGA LEAD PROFESSIONAL 的 INSTRUCTION。这种教
学很像我以前COACHING的教学。运用了VIDEO, PICTURE等多种教学手段,和 GOLF
DIGEST 里面的 PICTURE 进行 FRAME TO FRAME 的对比,并且指出问题和解决办法。
1. SHOULDER ROTATE 问题最为严重。
2. CLUB 击球后右手手臂的问题。
3. 站的姿势还有点偏低。
4. 靠近SHOULDER 的ARM,肌肉太紧张。
他还建议我看这个周末的 12个美国高手对阵欧洲的12个高手。
今天最大的收获是:理解到球总是向右偏的原因和解决办法。
另外,手握杆和POSTURE,也基本稳定下来。
特别差的是:自己在周末 COURSE打球时候,把左边背部肌肉,拉伤了。直到周一,才
认识到受伤了。
我这个老将,在新事物面前,还是交了沉重的学费。
周一休息了一天。昨天只练了 CHIPPING。今天其实有些冒险。好在自己SWING时候,力
量很小。只是把动作做到位。这个星期,我不打算SWING了。不过可以练

应该是握杆太用力或者不正确造成的,检查下握杆,并注意放松。长杆不好打,需要耐
心,别着急,最关键还是挥杆,不同的杆只是POSTURE和STANCE不同而已,挥杆没有区
别。
