发帖数: 1035 | 1 最近开始给宝宝上辅食了，目前顺序是这样的：米糊，燕麦糊，胡萝卜泥，苹果泥。
基本上是每4天增加一种新的辅食。
接下来想要添加的顺序是：peas，sweet potato，梨泥，squash，香蕉泥。
我是这样想的，第一轮先都尝试超市买的现成的泥，之后就可以开始自己做了，买的蔬
菜水果蒸熟或者煮熟打成泥给宝宝吃，在这轮之后就可以给宝宝直接吃熟的水果泥,不
用蒸或者煮了。
有几个问题想请教mm们：
1. sweet potato和yam有啥区别吗？第一阶段可以给宝宝尝试yam吗？
2.我们周边的grocery就这几种泥卖了，有mm知道哪里可以买到更多品种吗？
3. 第一阶段都还可以尝试哪些其他蔬菜水果呢？是不是一般超市里我们经常吃的蔬菜
水果都可以了？

嗽和呼吸重，我想到了过敏，昨天下午停了，今天喂了sweet potato后他又吐了，
sweet potato他以前吃得挺好的没吐过。请问一下妈妈们，如果过敏食物刚停了一天，
会不会还有遗留反应？
儿医休假去了，下星期才回来。。实在不行我就把辅食全停了。
我家宝宝一直有湿疹，好一阵，发一阵。我一直怀疑他对牛奶过敏，跟儿医提过，他觉
得没问题。可是我现在回想，我家宝宝一直呼吸很重，玩高兴了还喘，不过之前没咳嗽
过，会不会现在喝奶粉喝了快8个月，过敏终于爆发了？
还有他有时候明明很饿就是不愿意喝奶，因为饿脾气变得很差，怎么哄都没用，我就变
着姿势给他喂奶，有时候就把奶嘴塞到他嘴里，等他吸了再给奶，如果不这么干，他一
天10 OZ奶都喝不到。现在想想他是不是真的过敏，不愿意喝啊？

机的，昨天白天娃奶奶给做了西红柿蛋黄面条，结果今早开始狂拉肚子，后面几次都拉
得很稀了，黄色，还带有黏液，是不是食物过敏？鸡肉、豌豆和sweet potato之前都单
独吃过没问题，肉泥里放了点麻油。。。现在想到唯一的过敏可能就是蛋黄和蛋白没有
完全分开了，不知道是否是这样的？我想给他买益生菌吃，但是买不到一岁以下娃专用

you buy sth overpriced you are not an investor but a speculator.
You are looking for a sucker willing buy it at an even higher price
so that you could flip this overpriced hot potato to him.
The problem is there're only limited supply of suckers. Once you

哦，我才知道蚵仔就是牡蛎。
查了一下，地瓜粉是 sweet potato starch，我们家 (吃的东西实在不敢说整个大陆
怎么称呼) 叫红薯淀粉，太白粉是 potato starch，我们家叫土豆淀粉。
我们家好象从来没分过淀粉的材料，反正就是用来勾芡而已，什么淀粉都一样。据查
到的资料说，地瓜粉比太白粉的粘度更高一些。 |

专门卖小龙虾的一家小店，由于地址在 Dorchester，可能有的人担心治安问题，好处
是店就在车来车往的马路边，马路对面就是他们家自己专属的停车位，所以白天去完全
没有问题
这是3磅，加上potato跟smoky sausage，potato跟sausage都是用小龙虾那个汁煮出来
的，所以很入味，特别是那个sausage，5毛一块，来个几块还是很不错的
上盘子吃！

小龙虾这都是精华都在那个汁里，刚好给的汁挺多，
吃完之后就把汁留下，自己买了点虾，跟着汁一煮，又是一锅口味虾了 :D

还是先从这从pink promise rose开始show 起吧，下午阳光充足，效果貌似比早上照的

买了六个potato cages，前天移了六苗育好的西红柿进去，版上有同学说potato cage
不好，容易倒，的确。不过我上了anchor
每个cage上两个anchor钉到地里还是纹丝不动的。当然废物利用派用啥做都行，
hardscape派花巨款做好看架子都行，我就是一时也找不到别的东西，这东西打折，两
块多一个，就先买了。

就长得很高
这个豆角前天还是一点点的小苗，热了两天，我早上上班前发现出丝了，赶紧匆忙插了

某个周末，不想做饭，跑去bj's brewhouse随便吃点填饱肚子，菜单翻来覆去，除了
pizza、Burger、花样繁多的啤酒，唯有烤土豆不知道怎么就入了我的法眼……
呃，menu上没有照片，只有一段文字描述，摘引如下：

我跟朋友两个人order 了一个combo，有sweet potato pizza一个和一鸡两吃deep
crispy＋sweet mild，外加2liter的汽水一瓶。pizza的口感很好，面不是很后，crust
里面还塞了sweet potato，至于炸鸡，那是没话说了，有人不爱吃吗？肉感不会特别的
油，也不是很干。还送了cabbage 头盘salad。一共30块＋change。加小费是36。吃不
了兜着走。明天继续吃。 |

满怀期待地点单了，经过十分钟充满幻想的等待，waiter终于端上来了一盘巨大的……
烤土豆！
如果说有一见钟情，我看见它的第一眼就是一见绝情！
怎么形容呢，就像一个中年发福的秃头胖子，满脸流油、身上还披着袈裟映入你的眼帘
！至于味道呢，非常地so so，乏善可陈……完全的杯具！
每次看到这个照片，都有绝食的冲动，用来意念减肥，很好，嗯。 |
