I like many readers here have sympathy for your situation and the challenges

医疗保险,没有州的限制。
healthcare.gov 的保险marketplace对大多数低收入美国人(100%~400% poverty level
)有tax credit,帮助支付保险金。而对于来美国未满5年的新移民，因为他们不能满足
medicaid的条件，所以有一个特殊条款规定只要他们收入在400% poverty level以下就
可以通过marketplace买保险而且获得政府的补助。甚至还有人提出了新的法律让新移
民比美国公民更容易获得保险，因为对于未expand medicaid的那些州，收入小于100%
poverty level的新移民可以获得marketplace购买保险的资助，而美国公民却不能仅以
收入的理由而得到medicaid,同时也不能得到marketplace的tax subsidy.
由于这个资助的形式是tax credit,好像不应该算means-tested public welfare. 那是

时候，美国人是居高临下，把中国当小学生看待，时不时会指点指点、训导训导。而眼
下胡总访美，却让很多美国人心里酸酸的，也说不出是高兴还是难受，反正不太自在吧
。按理说，胡总来一趟，就签了四五百亿的商业合同，美国人应当高兴才对。可当他们

相信大家都知道啥是“median”，啥是“per capita”，啥是“Household”吧。

Land等附近的其他城市的。但如果是the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area，那就
