something similar to ice-skating here in the east. But ... ironically, most
best skiers come from the east because there is not much opportunity for
you guys to carve there in the powder.

Powder is pretty wet though. Nonetheless, it has been a great year from west
to east. A local told me on the lift that the resort had been closed by
this time last year. |

left edge or inner right edge in MOST of the time.
You can still ski by distributing your weight on both feet, but you cannot
ski very smoothly and stable in this way.
Powder ski is a little different, because you need better floatation.
Mogul ski may be also have some exeptions, but I do not know. |

snow days).
We skied Beaver Creek on Tuesday (OK condition).
We skied Vail again on Wednesday (good condition also because yesterday it
started snowing).
We skied Keystone today (super good condition). According to people there,
today was the best powder day ever in two years there!
We will ski Breckenridge tomorrow (and the snow is still coming down at this
moment).

if you are tired of skiing Whistler and want to check out more places,
Bogus Basin, Bridger Bowl, Crested Butte, Schweitzer, Stevens Pass,
Timberline, and maybe Silver Star
are all very good ski areas,
Travel is fun, but it does cost more money.
Do keep in mind,
in terms of skiing, there is NOTHING that Whistler couldn't offer. |

whistler的问题是peak express人太多，我去年一次都没上去
spanky常常不开，而且带着小朋友去也很不方便
我一般都是滑blackcomb，重点滑secret bowl附近的双黑，和outerlimits那边的树林
powder alliance里面的whitewater如何？ |
