湾区买自住房，签的是PRDS 的合同，本该今天close of escrow, 但是实在不喜欢这个
房子，要取消，3%的押金应该拿不会来了，但买家（我们）的agent 威胁说取消后 我
们会有legal effect， 有panelties. 让我们问清楚律师再取消。对方和两个agents都
是白人。 两个中介是同事，卖方中介给介绍的买方中介，为人很凶恶。
急问：除了3%的押金，违约后还有别的罚金吗？ 多谢！ |
