1/ 要吗回来继续正常的工作，要不就none pay leave,并且在离开期间自己付保险，公

给OB打电话想约时间（私人医生，收费极高）， receptionist说要8-10周才可以见面
。让我6-7周去别的地方做一个scan确定pregnancy. 我说我是high risk pregnancy,
高龄，miscarry过一次，需要从一开始管理。人家不管。
之后的见面频率是
8周到30周：一个月见一次。
30周到36周：两个星期见一次。
36周以后：每个星期见一次。
上一次的OB,也是很有经验的私人医生，我一怀孕就约上了时间。每周一次阴超，发现
有问题时立即给我开progesterone. 确定pregnancy lost之后第二天就给我做了手术。
现在觉得应该换一个OB,想知道MM们见OB的schedule如何？

一、孕妇站、立、坐、行走时应注意什么？
孕妇在怀孕是期一般注意不要疲劳，行动要舒缓，要避免不协调的动作，避免
冲撞、颠簸行为。
随着孕龄的增加，孕妇的体重和腹部负担逐渐加重，膨隆的子宫压迫着周围的脏器
和血管，尤其是对下肢静脉的压迫尤为明显，所以如果长时间固定着一种体位或连续几
小时作某一动作，就会使某些脏器或血管长时间处于压迫状态造成血液循环受阻，因此
孕晚期的孕妇要避免长时间站、立、坐或行走长路，一般是这几种体位交换进行，其中
间（如中午）尽可能卧位休息一会，一般采取侧卧位和左侧卧位较好，切记避免仰卧位
，有条件可抬高下肢卧位休息。（孕晚期若长时间的站立容易引起下肢静脉曲张和外阴
静曲张）
二、孕妇应避免哪些家务劳动？
孕妇应避免那些强体力的或增加腹压的家务劳动，如搬运、担、提、推、拉重物，
不向过高或过低处探取物品，不要长时间下蹲或低坐伴做家务，如洗大件衣物等，不做
接触有害物质的家务，如接触染料、化学药品、有毒喷雾杀虫剂、长时间的电离辐射等

main complication of fibrosis during pregnancy is severe pain which may
lead to premature birth. You can google it or find a few posts on this website.
I found a quite big one during my early pregnancy. The OB’s advice was to

唐筛可以在两个时候做,一个叫first trimester screening,在11W5D - 13W之间可以做
,筛的是13,18,21号染色体三倍,期中21号三倍就是唐式综合症. able to identify 80-
