因为发现这样一句话，"when anticipating a hospital admission due to normal
pregnancy, you must contact CIGNA by the end of the third month of pregnancy
to obtain preauthorization of hospital benefits".
难道在我怀孕三个月的时候就要告诉保险公司，我要什么时候住院，需要提前授权么？
我现在已经8个月了，现在要保险公司授权晚了么？
还望有经验的姐妹指教？ 住院的事情钱很多，所以有点着急。谢谢！ |

上周日，早上出去买东西，在超市下腹部突然剧痛，都没法站直，以为是胃痛的后遗症，没太放心上，一会就过去了。中午回家，开始出血，是鲜红的颜色，量比较多，于是赶紧卧床。下午3点，小腹持续疼痛，出血没有减少迹象。4点和老公去了急诊。Triage的护士马上说可能是miscarriage，不到10分钟，来了医院的early pregnancy loss的人，做了简单的检查，和我说了很多，要有心理准备，这个孩子很可能保不住了。随后，等了大概2小时，抽血，急诊的医生过来做了检查，说血检的结果正常，hcg很高，8~~,单位和数字没听清楚，但是不排除接下来几天会降下来的可能，约了第二天做ultrasound。

看起来MM受了不少罪。MM现在要先安养。
刚开始怀孕的时候是不是要注意别运动过量？好像很多人都是没有劲去锻炼，大多数时
间是
能躺就躺着的。
我刚开始知道怀孕的时候，除了水什么都不喝，那时候牛奶也喝不进去。开始的时候因为
嘴里特别没味，所以喝了两次果汁，不过果汁进肚后就显得嘴里越发没味了。
咖啡和茶也没有喝过。我本来就不喝茶。原来曾经喝很多咖啡。每天一杯或者2杯，怀
孕后
就一点都不喝了。不小心喝过一次可乐。
刚开始的3个月非常关键，而且宝宝那个时候也非常脆弱。所以要格外小心。当然，也
会有
其他因素。我在3个月以里的时候还坐飞机从国内到美国来呢。
我想说的是，刚开始的时候要特别小心，就算过分小心也不为过，当然，如果该注意的都
注意到了，也不要过分紧张。
安心精养，宝宝一定会来的。

严重安慰MM，希望下次好孕。
顺便说运动的事情，我怀孕前一直练跑步，算起来着床的时候还在练半程马拉松，比了5K
所以知道怀孕后我还是坚持的，一周4，5此，每次3－5M左右，有时候心跳还挺快，150
左右是常事。
不过这个运动量比起我怀孕之前了就小多了。
所以我觉得适当的运动没有问题，但是前提是不要比你以前的运动量大。
接下来先后出入ER数次，昨天做了
D&C，今天在家休息。一周就像坐过山车，心情起伏，现在终于平静一点。

查了一篇paper,In-Flight Radiation Exposure During Pregnancy
摘要的意思是孕妇不是总飞来飞去就没事。“For a
casual traveler, the impact on pregnancy from cosmic
radiation exposure during flight is trivial.”
另外一个reference写的是，除非大量飞行（比如一个月飞100小时），
不然不会超过NCRP辐射安全标准。 |

搜得不多，但看着比较学术，可信度应该还可以，大家可以参考一下。

Just for your information Aetna requires a 6 month pre-existing condition
before services are covered and also looks back six months from the time you
retained the insurance.For example if you had already done a home pregnancy
test within the past 6 months this would classify as a pre-existing
condition and insurance would not cover the pregnancy. Same situation if
your wife becomes pregnant during the first 6 months of coverage. |

screen and ultrasound? If all normal except white spot in the heart, the
risk of downs is pretty low. generally speaking, at age of 38, risk of downs
and other trisomy pregnancy will be >1/100. chromosome analysis for villi
or amniotic fluid is recommended for woman > 35 year because of increased
risk of trisomy. but over 2/3 downs pregnancy will be spontaneously aborted
by 28 wks.

的，不是C或者U形，也没有真正的body pillow 那么长），感觉也还挺好用的，可以把
一端加在两腿中间，同时用胳膊搂着，支撑肚子，就是不像pregnancy pillow那样可以
把头也枕住。这两天用了睡得挺好的，后背不像以前那么疼了。

发帖数: 1124 | 50 since you are still very early, try to take as much rest as you can. Try not
to lift heavy stuff too. In my case was a blood vessel breaks in early
pregnancy which left a big blood clot inside my Uterus which caused the
bleeding. I was advised to bed rest, lucky Boss let me work from home every
other day. Bleeding finally stops when I am around 17 weeks, I am now 22
weeks so far so good, hope rest of the pregnancy goes smooth. It is still
worth the rest. Take care! |
