你的那个叉的意思是你那一次入境用完了，不是visa被cancel了
签证过期也当然不是visa被cancel了，完全两码事
visa被cancel分为Cancelled Without Prejudice和Cancelled With Prejudice
你去签证的时候一般VO会在你的visa上写上CWOP
这样即使你有I94也回不来
而且现在H签证都是可以多次入境了，没有打叉的问题 |

历，每次续签的时候，签证官做的第一件事就是在旧签证上写上CWOP. 除了第一次在广
州是盖章的，章就是 “CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE”，后面几次都是手写的CWOP。
看来就算写上CWOP, 边境的人还是很可能放进来的。

有网友提议，到小额法庭去告。不提这个Small Claims Court的话，我还觉得可以忍受
，无良商店和厂家，遇到了算自己倒霉，但在小额法庭上的遭遇，却对我对美国的所谓
司法公正失去了信心。
以前就听说过小额法庭，据说是为了解决小额争端而设的，门槛低、费用少、处理快、
程序简易等等。自己在法庭上走一遭，算是领教了美国的“司法公正”。
起诉之前，专门给Armstrong Cabinets的客服发了邮件，同时抄送与我联系过的厂家相
关人等，希望对方能按承诺解决问题，否则告上法庭。但对方仍置之不理。眼看着一个
星期又一个星期过去了，我不得不给装修公司赔了一笔钱，因为合同上规定我供料不及
时，造成工程延误要赔钱。同时，我租的房子也没法按期搬出，多付了一笔房租，心里
真是又气又急。
于是，就摸索着找到了新泽西Bergen法庭的大门。交了22元的费用，填了两张表，简单
叙述了事由，又等了一个多月，终于开庭了。
一大早到法庭，那个TOM来了，还有厂家聘的律师。我自己代表自己，心想不是小额法
庭吗？简易程序，就不请律师算了。

发帖数: 1038 | 29 今天去看了一部给西方人看得印度电影bride and prejudice。一如既往的优美的音乐和
舞蹈，不过这回是结合了西方音乐特点的印度音乐和舞蹈，里面ppmm无数，故事情节基本
是
现代印度版的pride and prejudice,加上一些印度的风土人情和对印度式包办婚姻的比较
正面的歌颂。在这方面和我们印度同事讲得差不多，大致就是不管什么样一个猪头，回印
度见过一个姑娘没两天，这姑娘就芳心暗许，用俺们印度老板的话说，就是等这个猪头离
开的时候，这个姑娘还要哭鼻子，典型的方便面阿。呵呵。总之就是这么一个老套的故事
，可是情节还比较有趣，歌舞也很好看，再加上很多ppmm，还是挺有趣的。呵呵。据我们
同时说，里面印度的风俗习惯表现的还是挺正宗的，我也觉得里面刻画的印度人物与我每
天见的挺神似的。。。 |

我其实不反感Kiera 只不过99%的演员都有自己适合的角色 或者某几类角色
不是人人都是梅姑 几乎可以驾驭任何角色 尤其很多人有不适合的角色
Kiera很适合演那种有点精灵古怪的 有点性格的没落家族二代 根本不适合贵妇
duchess已经失败过一次了 不知道joe wright到底哪根筋不对 非要让Kiera演
另外说说joe wright 我觉得他pride&prejudice还是很成功的
虽然不是所有书迷都买账 但是总体上算是广受好评 Kiera也因此达到事业巅峰
到了atonement 虽然外界评价仍然不错 我个人是不怎么买账
我一直觉得整个片子乏善可陈 完全是小资情调。。。
到了老拖的名著 基本上就是现原形了
整个片子不伦不类 舞台剧风格你就nb一点 通篇舞台剧
如果搞不定 就中规中矩实景拍摄 现在下来完全不知所云
说白了 joe wright就是小资情调导演 我看他也就到这了。。。。
再扯远一点 说到joe wright 不得不说同是英国人也同是电视剧导演出身的tom hooper
虽然我对tom抢了fincher的最佳导演颇为不忿

，乘胜追击，又控告了21 century 等等共34个公司侵犯版权。案子的法官是上次他赢
那个案子的同一个法官。按道理，这个法官既然让他赢了上一个案子，那还有什么道理
不让他赢这个案子。
那成想，所有的被告发起动议要撤销他的控告。其中几个公司是加拿大的和其他国家的
，就说美国法庭管不到，without jurisdiction， 剩下的说他没道理。岳马上修改了
状纸，同时发出动议，summary judgment要求以他上次赢的那个案子为基础，请法官判
决他赢。他本来以为他修改了状纸，被告就得要撤回他们的动议，这样他的动议就先被
判决，没想到法官否定了他的要求，说不成熟，要他们调解解决。刚进入商量调解方法
的第一步，眼看大势不妙，岳大侠只好和被告协议同意自愿无条件撤销控诉，with
prejudice就是说是再也不能告这些被告了。那几个外国被告要求撤销案子是因为硬说

相信科学在于相信科学的integrity，不是展示自己的业余科普知识。一个工程师可以
满足于对进化论中学程度的了解，不妨碍他相信。小猫不必学大神显得无所不知。
“1. 不伤害他人，不违反人类基本的道德观念，是非观念，或者说与现代社会的道德观
和是非观相符合
2.不迷信，承认科学事实，理智的归理智，情感的归情感
3.尊重他人的信仰，不要站在道德制高点上职责他们的信仰”
我又基本上同意你的观点，只是注意不要将“现代社会的道德观和是非观”变成dogma
。同时对你会列出第3点稍感困惑。印象中你更同情不信神的基本教义者（自创概念，
对应于信神的基本教义者，有别于危险的极端分子）。两者共同的特征是Prejudice,
ignorance and intolerance。不过我不反对甚至支持他们的存在，因为可以用他们来
检验自己的Prejudice, ignorance and intolerance。 |

一直想写一些自己在信仰版和基督信仰版的经历，我也算是见证了两个版的兴衰的老ID了，以前的东西再不写下来，自

本文不代表客观描述，只代表我作为一个非基督徒，从我的视角看到的现象和感想。
先说信版吧，我来到信版的时候具体是哪年我也记不清了，记得清的是Dhzdhz那时候在信版做版副，我那时候只是一
个潜水员。Dhzdhz，人称大胡子，在我个人看来是信版历史上的里程碑式的人物，一定程度上大胡子的制版方针决定
了信版的变迁和基督信仰版的最终产生。这个以后会详细说明。
