allowing gay marriage to a conservative state where the Mormon church has

几年，因此判决的同时也签发了一个stay，暂缓生效。

们的研究发现，不仅如此，偏见还会影响人们的身体健康。一项发表在《美国公共健康
杂志》（American Journal of Public Health）2014年2月刊的研究发现，人们对同性
恋者的偏见和人们的死亡率之间存在着一定的关系。研究者指出，减少偏见可能有利于
改善性多数人群和性少数人群双方的健康状况。
美国社会普查（GSS）是1972开始的一项大型的社会调查项目，研究者通过抽样，定期
对美国人的态度、行为和价值观进行调查，这项普查的数据和美国的死亡统计（NDI）
相关联，所以研究者可以使用这些数据进行统计分析。
