It is actually kinda common wisdom in bodybuilding community. To preserve
muscle/lbm on a calorie deficit cut you'd better do the following.
1. Have enough protein intake (the actual minimum is debatable).
2. Do weight training (try at least keeping your 1RM)
Since you want to maintain a calorie deficit while on a relatively protein
rich diet, you will probably need to cut either fat or carb. This then turns
a bit tricky as to how much carb you should take because carb preserves

PRESERVE 看到其警示：be cautious to ticks!当时还不懂，回来后才发现它的可怕。
我现在知道了我的无知。可是看到版上没有这方面的信息，我就发上来提醒一下，毕竟健
康很重要。
所以一定要做好防护，出门前喷repellant sprays.少去人少的地方。
下面是我查到的一些资料：

比如我，以前也从来没有听说过。我们以前住在长岛。几年前春天，办了州立公园的年
票，就打算把长岛上的州立公园/保留区都走一遍。我只是比较喜欢出去走一走，看看
风光，完全不是专业野营锻炼健身的，也没有专门的鞋子衣服。
一天去了Connetquot River State Park Preserve.看到入口处写的小心tick!这是我第
一次看到这个词，完全不知道什么意思，看图示长得好像蜘蛛一样，还以为就跟蜘蛛差
不多。根本没有在意。那个preserve游人很少，比较荒，还有马道，大湖，大片的树林
，看到了鹿，还看到两只小红狐狸，当然还有河流和很多鱼，那里有一个培育什么鱼（
忘了鱼的名字）的基地。走路的时候总算碰上一对，超过我们，搭话的时候顺便问了问
他们tick是什么，结果立刻把我们吓到了，很小，吸在皮肤上，会得病。回去前检查衣
服和自己裸露地方和头皮，到家洗澡检查身上所有地方。幸好啥也没发现。然后网上查
阅，真是后怕。
从此对去荒山野岭有所畏惧。

看地图就知道，Everglade National Park与Big Cypress National Preserve挨的很进，两个visitor centers相距大概35 miles左右。早上在GPS的指引下去Shark Valley Visitor Center，$10/vehicle。一进门就看到路旁的草地上躺着一只alligator在欢迎游客了。建议在这个visitor center租个单车，这个地方trail只有一条路，据说来回20多miles，汽车开不进去，走路也太远了。公园两旁都是沼泽地，N多的alligators在此居住。Alligator心情好了，偶尔爬上岸，晒晒太阳，让游客观赏一下，呵呵。

Aramaic or Hebrew script found near the Zion Gate of the Old City of

但作为一首好的诗歌这远远不够。好比松软的面包不叫蛋糕，蛋糕上必须有更美味的奶油 -- 人们买蛋糕更多是为了奶油，而不是其面包部分，虽然这部分可以很可口。
形容人走路举止，无论如何是容易的(生动到“委蛇委蛇”不那么容易)。更难的、也是诗歌的终极目的，是点化人的心灵。
举个例子。你可以生动地形容人走路，能生动地形容人如何后悔吗？-- 不是仅仅形容这个人如何揪头发、如何辗转反侧、如何茶饭不思、如何衣带渐宽，这些都是外在，摄影匠或者画匠也可以作。而是直接、深刻地描写内心。诗人的语言是：
“想起一生中后悔的事,梅花便落满了南山。”
如果没有心灵上的需要在这个层面上组织语言、欣赏语言，那么确实不用读现代诗。
另外，你说西方诗歌不能生动地形容观察到的事物(比如风景或者人物行为)，这确实不是事实。举例而言，雪莱(Shelley)的<<秋风辞>>(Ode to the West Wind)开篇就是：

无知的罪
经文: 「他们就必蒙赦免，因为这是错误。」（民数记十五︰25）
因为我们的无知，我们不完全知道我们无知所犯下的罪。然而我们知道，多多
少少我们都有意无意犯下一些错。比如我们诚心诚意地服事主，但上帝或许并没有叫我
们做这些事，或不悦纳我们所做的事。
我们无知所犯下的每一个错上帝都知道。我们也必须警惕，因为站在审判台前
，我们手中所做的一切，都要陈明在主前。但另一方面，我们也有信心，知道主必看顾
这一切，祂宝血要洗净我们因无知而犯的错，将它丢到深海里不再纪念。
我们最大的安慰，就是耶稣基督，祂是真实的中保，将以色列百姓与上帝之间
的隔阂打通，祂在十字架所流的宝血，洗净一切的罪，包括我们无知所犯下的错。无论
我们是否亲眼见到耶稣在十架上流血，在灵界里，上帝已经看到耶稣在十架上，为世人
罪孽所付的代价。所以，我们只管坦然无惧地来到施恩宝座前，得着平安的祝福。
