观网军事满嘴跑火车已成常态。然而观点跑火车倒也罢了，基本事实都瞎扯淡就太过分
了。
ps观网除了林毅夫张文木李零王孟源等几位先生的文章，还有些年轻学者的文章也有些
不错的，其他不看也罢。军事那帮五毛除了奉旨扯淡之余，基本属于偶尔能抄对的层次
，比满嘴跑火车的长鱼侯略强，跟围脖五毛科洛抄夫半斤八两吧。
中国模式？摸着石头过河，还在摸...现在捅出来一个几个自信，也是在摸......这个
是上层建筑的。 下层建筑是还需要大部分能三班倒，白加黑，在长期负福利下贡献剩

春节回乡跟同学吃饭聊到两个读书的事儿，让俺明白了现在教育改革到了啥进度。第一
是跟从事高中教育的同学聊天，他说现在Top2的招生基本被省城著名高中包圆了，入围
后可以降二三十分录取，所以地级市里面哪怕是学霸也很难考上了，因为省城名校的学

preservatives available at our clinic。
本来下定决心如果有preservative-free的一定打，现在犹豫了，而且感觉意思是说以
后也不会有？？！！
我不在大城市，目前周围好像还没听说发病的，至少说明发病的人还不多吧。纠结是不
是再等等看？但是又担心以后诊所不会再进了…… |

is about the effects of decentralization, while mine is about the
stability/durability of decentralization. I agree with what you said about the
control of the party machinary, but it seems that it is a factor against the
durability of decentralization, since the CCP central committee/polit bureau
controls all.

看了一部纪录片，介绍了四个世界著名的化石坑，那里有着保存很完整的各种动植物化
石，这些化石使得我们对史前生态的重要阶段得以进行详细的分析了解，包括他们的外
观，内部构造，饮食习惯，社会生活等等。我看片子的时候做了些记录，上网查了查，
又存了些截屏图片，写个总结，也不知道符不符合征文的规定。如有错误疏忽遗漏或不
妥请指正。
(一) 伯吉斯页岩（Burgess Shale Formation），约五亿三千万年前
一九零九年，美国地质学家查尔斯•都利特•沃尔科特（Charles
Doolittle Walcott）在加拿大的洛基山脉进行野外探查，由于马摔跤无意间找到了一
块化石，随后他发现只有七英尺厚的伯吉斯页岩夹层是所有化石的出处。随后的两年内
，沃尔科特和他的儿子们共收集了六万一千多个样本，在所有发现中有三分之二是科学
新发现，包括以前从未有过的保存完整的软体动物化石。伯吉斯页岩的生物群种类相当
多，有食泥动物，滤食动物和掠食动物。沃尔科特直到一九二七年去世都在研究这些化
石，值得钦佩。
