正的源头就是这个极为简洁的《五月花号公约》。后来，美国的开国先贤所创立的国体
、政体及其制度基础——《美国宪法》，都能够从这几百个字的公约中看到它的影子。
我甚至一直认为，凡不能深刻理解《五月花号公约》的人，既没法理解历史上的美国，
也理解不了当代的美国，更看不懂未来美国的走向。
尽管我是个对世界各国的法治建设历史很无知的人，但我却一直没有来由地认为，在近
代世界历史上，美国宪法是一部极为罕见的“超稳定”宪法。“稳定压倒一切”我不知
道用英语该如何说，但稳定压倒了美国宪法或是美国宪法压倒了稳定，毫无疑问是个不
争的历史事实。这部简洁的美国宪法200多年来，除了增补了一些修正案外，历代美国
人居然没有动其中的一个字！我甚至比较愚蠢地预期，再过100年，美国人也不会动其
中的一个字。这是不是能够算一个人间奇迹？我以为，这应该可以算一个真正的人间奇
迹。由此，我甚至敢下结论，美国人恐怕从来就说不来“与时俱进”四个字，英语字典

查了一下天气预报，周六还蛮热的，所以没有把碰头时间定的太早。
那个forest preserve还蛮大的，有一些trail，喜欢暴走的也可以走一遍。
我会带着清凉油，预防暴走族中暑。

本来以前一个法官已经判了，三星恶意毁灭证据，销毁email。甚至在收到法庭通告以
后继续销毁email。注意是系统性地把所有的email全部从server清除。
结果棒子法官说了，批准三星的抗诉，因为苹果也没有尽到preserve evidence的义务
：Steve Jobs的几个email，苹果等到Jobs死了以后才交给三星。所以推翻前一个法官
的判决，要给jury instruction，说三星没有尽到preserve evidence的义务，苹果也
没有尽到义务。注意没有给jury解释具体的情节。
这就好比说，某谷轮曾经抢劫坐监狱，某果轮曾经超速被罚款，然后棒子法官告诉jury
，此谷轮和此果轮都曾违反过法律。。。
这个棒子法官的另一个重要表演大家都没注意到，就是她经常故意用很不professional
的语言训斥双方律师，比如说人家像是吸了crack，等等。很多人把这理解成她是新上
任不久，没有经验，压力太大。其实她很阴险，是故意把这个案子trivialize，给jury

1) can you tell me what is physiological condition for chromosomes? The ion
strength or the protein concentration? I use PBS as the physiological
condition.
2) Most times, artificial structure is not repeatable. The observed
structure is repeatable. I tried my best to preserve the chromatin structure
. No fragmentaion, no sonication, no glutaraldehyde fixation.
3) CryoEM was used to preserve the chromatin structure. Proper dose is used

possible clinical outcome of immunization, as part of its newly adopted 5-
