看了ＡＢＣ的道歉信，大家要知道press，release的规则，对于大的媒体（ＡＢＣ，Ｃ
ＢＳ，ＮＢＣ，ＣＮＮ。。。），除了自家的记者新闻采访等等，都是别人ＦＥＥＤ给
媒体network（也就是爆料），主要是affiliated 地方媒体是feeder(local abc,cbs.

所以许多时候都是做dumbbell press还有dumbbell fly代替brench press.所以想用

滑轨的器械上做bench press，如图（1）所示，目前最大重量是120磅（含杠杆重量）
。昨天在一个朋友在旁边保护的情况下试了传统的无滑轨器械，如图（2）,却只能够举
起60磅，而且感觉比较吃力，动作容易变形。
我感觉是因为我以前很少锻炼，2个月前开始的训练也只是开始加强肱二头肌和某一块
或者少数几块其他肌肉，在有滑轨的器械做bench press因为有滑轨的帮助可以凭借胸肌举
起更大重量；而做无滑轨的bench press需要手臂其他肌肉参与才能有效举起同等重量
并且控制动作不变形。所以改进的办法就是在无滑轨器械上做，综合加强手臂和胸部相
关肌肉群。请问大家，我的看法对吗？你们有没有遇到同类情况？

Cell Press的杂志和Nature一样，也有2种，一种“嫡系”（自己主办）的，就像
Nature里面nc，nn，nm，ni，ncb，nsmb等等这种。另一种是“旁系”（代理出版）
的，比如Nature里面的中国人搞的aps，cell research等等。
Nature系列好判断，只要某杂志前面带Nature，人人都知道，这是Nature的主力“中央
军”（Nature自己主办），是Nature真正的子刊。
Cell里面“中央军”（cell自己办的杂志，可以说是Cell真正的子刊）按首刊时间顺序
有Cell，Neuron，Immunity，Molecular Cell，Developmental Cell，Cancer Cell，
Cell Metabolism，Cell Host & Microbe，Cell Stem Cell ，以及最新的Cell
Reports。

家里没有低筋面粉，用了all purpose。其他所有材料都按照方子的比例配了。
我遇到的问题是，把dough放到cookie press里面之后，往外压的时候，压出来的dough
总是断不开，一直连在cookie press上。好抓狂。。。
(补充：我在烤盘上铺了parchment，是不是不应该铺这个？似乎会降低粘度)
请教各位饼干大侠，是我的dough比例有问题么？这个压cookie有什么窍门么？
我看了几个视频，好像都特别顺利的压一个是一个的。。。干干脆脆的。

方只有6寸半，然后往上面一些才像个人样，最后到了靠近肘的地方快13寸了。。。我
晕。
后来我就基本不碰dumbbell了，我觉得press 50 lbs不是问题，但是我手腕不能把它拿

我个人觉得在材质上说，如果一般用途，没打算用个10年20年的，就买Cast Aluminum
的就行。cast iron能用上很久，都可以传代了。如果7兄不怎么打手枪的话，turret
press就够用了。一小时也能装不少手枪子弹了。每天弄一点或者一个下午就能准备出
一个月的弹药。我当初看lee的progressive press的时候，它的review都不是很好。。

首先guitar是朋友、情人和亲人。刚学琴的那个星期，老师讲解了一点简单的乐理知识
和按弦拨弦方式之后就让我自己回家每天去摸琴。那个星期真的是什么都不做，用指尖
一点一点去感受如何拨弦才能使琴发出最美最纯净的声音。琴也是有心情的。当它以为
它所喜欢的方式被拨弄响的时候，你可以立刻听出来它愉悦地在你的指尖下颤抖。
而后随着每次一点一点的小进步，你慢慢更了解琴，也一点一点突破自己。很多看起来
曾经mission impossible的事情都变成了现实。
前两天因为要弹一首遍布横按的曲子，老师给了两个横按的指法又让
我回家自生自灭去了。食指很疼，渐有成为素鸡的潜能。无名指在食指用力压弦的时候
，无法顺利张开。这样的情况持续两三天，最后实在受不了，跑到版面来吼了一嗓子，
得到了很多朋友的意见(感动阿……)
不过琴这东西，因为每个人的手指条件不一样，只能慢慢靠自己去摸索。别人的意见也
许给你很多启发，却未必在你这里能work。之于我而言，在明白press和touch的不同之
后，横按就突然一下子简单了。

话说677 nm只有500 lb-ft，哪个数字是可信的呢？
这种Press Release搞乌龙的事记得FIAT也干过。Alfa Romeo 8C Spider发布时，
Press Release说它的变速器是5速的，可是之前的Coupe版8C Competizione是6速，
后来Alfa Romeo官网上的数据8C Spider果然也是6速。
实际上这年头想找个能用的5速半自动还真不易呢……
不过说到官网上的错误，就不胜枚举了，最近发现的一个就是Porsche的USA官网。
911 GT3 RS有关条目里，Features中介绍其引擎是使用VarioCam的，
但Technical Specs里又说成是VarioCam Plus，但是如果你点开，还是讲它是VarioCam。
据我所知，GT3 RS和GT3的引擎在缸盖设计上并没有多大的区别，
从其它渠道的信息看，可以肯定都是VarioCam而不是VarioCam Plus。
