我要替中国辩护，并不是因为我是一个中国人，而是因为我知道中国就和这世界上绝大
数的国家一样，虽然有很多丑陋的现象，但是他们是受害者。就
象这个犯罪集团里很多的人一样，他们来自各种种族，他们可能充当了工具，但他们不
是制造这一切，谋划这一切的人。虽然经常会暴露中国产品出现问题。但要知道中国是
世界工厂，他们只是打工者，他们只是按照各种雇主提供的配方来生产，他们并不知道
他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
这一切？ 所以，当我的调查不断往前推进的时候，不可避免地会涉及各国的企业，但
这并不表明是针对这个国家或这个国家的人民，而是针对一种社会现实和丑陋现象。就
拿菲律宾来说，菲律宾是一个犯罪猖獗的国家，有很多犯罪分子，但是菲律宾人民却是
这个集团的受害者，他们／她们被绑架，沦为了牺牲品，人体实验对象。一个日本人，
强奸上千名菲律宾女孩，却没有受到惩罚。以前我也提到过，有20个国家的名单，这20
个国家的人民其实都是受害者。现在他们把矛头对准中国，或许仅仅是因为我揭示了他

号码，menu变了阿，没让输case number，说到查询status时，只说了online checking
website, 根本没机会跟真人讲话阿。哪位老大最近做过SR，请指教。谢谢谢谢。

KB grip 我是用 45 degree， 用palm strike 那种感觉支撑. wrsit 感觉还可以。
我的eblow 在上下的过程中有bend, 第二天elbow 有略微酸。eblow 应该全程 笔直吧？
做tgu的目的是core stability, 加 floor press 的确没必要。
我习惯用floor press 开始， 但是最近觉得floor press 比 DB bench press 对eblow
& shoulder 的 stress 大一些。 chest 的刺激有不够。 我开始停止floor press,
用weighted push up 和 military press 保持pressing stregnth.
lunge 起来有一下偏向后腰一些， 不好。
听你beast jerk 3x8, tgu 到 106#了吧. |

看了你的训练计划，很详细，我归纳一下：
1.全是集中于上半身训练，胸，肩，二头三头。
2.三头和肩不适于放在一起训练，不然效果打折扣，个人体会。shoulder press要用到
三头，如果三头之前的push down和dips已经很累了，shoulder press效果不好。
3.bench press不建议组数太多，5-6组，每组6-8个足够。没有人保护，最多推最大重量
的80%。bench press最好放在三头训练的前面，避免三头过于劳累推铁效果差。
4.建议一周2-3次训练，给肌肉充分休息时间。
5.建议开始练腿，刺激激素分泌，有利于上半身长肌肉，硬拉深蹲，或者Leg curl, le
g press机器都可以。
6.练背的动作和二头放在一起，先练背，比如pull up,rolling等，然后再练二头，对刺
激二头很有效
我的情况简单介绍：
身高176cm,4年前开始锻炼，体重接近80kg。先减脂跑步半年，减到72kg开始推铁，坚
持到现
在，目前体重77kg，一周推铁两次，跑步3-5次。

You could certainly switch out some assistant lifts that haven't been
working well for you. If your volume continue to increase over a month/year
period, your lifts will go up.
I've made great gains while following the GIP program. I got my first 3
plate squat, and first 4 plate deadlift while following this program. Most
importantly the auto-regulation concept I learned along the way is
invaluable to my training.

interest in lifting weights as running, and at the time a 4 mile run at 7:30
pace on the treadmill was my idea of a strenuous workout. I probably had
more explosive power back then, but not nearly as much speed or endurance in
running as I do now. It was only after I shed 20 lb of muscle that I was
able to get more serious in running.

1 引论
启示录一书是一卷十分特别的书，它混合了三种不同的体裁：就是书信（第二及第三章
）、预言（启一３）和启示而写成，启示录与其他启示文学不同之处是：它有明确之作
者，并非冒名写成的；内容是乐观的，主基督终必得胜，而其他非基督教之启示文学则
为悲观的；启示录是用实际事物去描写，绝非纯粹幻想、抽象之作品。
2 作者
早在第二世纪，游斯丁、特土良、俄利根等教父肯定启示录的作者为使徒约翰，直到第
三世纪，俄利根之学生狄尼修（Dionysius）才提出质疑。不过，根椐下列因素足证使
徒约翰乃本书作者：
I 作者宣告其名字乃是约翰，是曾目睹主之受难及复活者，又自称他是在拔摩岛
上写成该书的。这正与教会历史记载使徒约翰在晚年被放逐至拔摩岛之说完全吻合。
II 从启示录第二至三章作者对教会之责备和鼓励的话来看，作者必定是一位很有
身分，且为众教会所认识及敬重之长者；到底那一位"约翰"具备这身分？只有使徒约翰！

摘 要
1980 年代中共重新評價與檢討1958 年解放軍「反教條主義」邉拥腻e
誤，其中，鄧小平發揮決定性的作用。然而，卻無專文探討鄧小平當年在此
事中所扮演的角色和作為。本文的論點為：基於毛澤東的授意、鄧小平自身
與軍隊的淵源，以及其職位上與軍務的聯繫，鄧小平對於軍中發起的「反教
條主義」，了解知情外，其態度傾向支持，甚至頗為激進。在毛澤東的囑咐
下，鄧小平更介入1958 年中央軍委擴大會議，強勢地驅策主軍的彭德懷改
變會議的議程，掀起「反教條主義」的最高潮。鄧小平在肯定會議批判方向
的前提下，僅出面保護其昔日戰友劉伯承，使之免遭劫難。經由本文的討
論，亦能對其他若干流行的中共黨史觀點，提出有別既往的思考和啟發。

道的混合：香味和“酸”味。这个“酸”味不是放陈了放坏了，而是咖啡本身的味道。
很多人教育我“酸”咖啡更能体现咖啡豆本身的味道，但我实在难以欣赏。
我觉得做出来的咖啡口味取决于四个因素：一是咖啡豆的品种，二是磨粉的粗细，三是

前面说了我个人喜欢dark roast的炭香味，非常排斥medium roast的酸味。如果你更喜
欢星吧的浓香就选择dark roast，你还可以直接买星吧的咖啡豆。
磨粉从粗到细：french press, drip, espresso。磨粉越细，越容易出味，包括香味和
酸味。太细的磨粉可能会穿透或堵塞french press的滤网，而粗粉会导致espresso不能
充分extract咖啡豆里面的油脂
做法方面，水温越高越酸，浸泡时间越长越酸。如果做french press的时候用开水+长
时间浸泡就会非常酸。按喜好来分我个人最喜欢espresso，又香又浓。其次是ice brew
