check 上升下降的转折点，然后把 所有单调上升， 单调下降， 单调水平的部分拿出
来 把他们变成最小为一的上升或者下降序列 或者水平序列但是 单调性不变 用等差数
列求和 求部分和， 唯一tricky的地方就是 转折点需要取两边的单调序列的最大值~~~
one pass 不回头查的，空间时间复杂性都不错，但是就是代码太长了， 逻辑也不那
么清晰，还有没有时间空间复杂度类似的，但是思路或者代码比我这个好一些的。减到
了37行现在。

Specificity是96.5%，那么假阳性FP就是1-96.5%=3.5%，找1000个正常没有感染的人来
做检测，也会有35个出现阳性。
PPV跟Prevalence有关，就是说在Prevalence过低的时候真阳性会淹没在一大堆假阳性
里面，让筛查结果失去意义。比如说某个病的Prevalence是0.1%，1000个人里面有一个
患病，把这1000个人都查一遍，出现36个阳性，其中1个真阳性和35个假阳性。
这还没考虑假阴性，假阴性跟Sensitivity有关，中国目前用的试剂盒的sensitivity只
有30～50%，这个很要命，FN到了50～70%。解决办法就是多查几遍，任何一次阳性就确
诊，所以李文亮查了好几次才出现阳性，现在有这么多痊愈后又“复阳”，出院时本来
就是假阴性。美国的试剂盒会不会好一些不知道，CDC一直说在改进试剂盒，我觉得问
题不在试剂盒，在检测方法。Sensitivity按40%算，查2次可以高到64%，查5次可以提
