任。
1）那些被告的coupon fraud， 没有先从讨债公司收到信。
2）大多数讨债公司都是想额外赚一笔，赚不到就算了。
3) 欠钱的讨债公司没有收到欠款，顶多报告给 credit score
4) 偷窃的，极少讨债公司会去报告给警察。时间长，浪费时间，拿到的前哨，，
中间的手续费多。
5）更复杂的案子，还不确定谁赢，尤其被告是group, 还不知道多长时间呢。 而
且如果原告是比较有名的，有钱的，到时候舆论总是倾向于弱者。
报纸杂志电视都会对案件很感兴趣。 到时侯被告也不怕公布于众了，原告会受到
很大的压力。
这个case, 原告是有钱有名的 st,
被告是一些没钱没名的老百姓。
1）原告不是清清白白的
2）原告没有足够的证据
3）虽然有些人对极品couponing不喜欢，但是dealsea上面的deal大家都是很认同

整个calendar year内是否有FSA coverage，而不在于是否有contribute到FSA。我们因
为有去年的$500 FSA balance rollover到今年，所以看来是不能enroll HSA了。我们
的HR看来也没理解对。
不过，是否有办法把我从spouse的FSA coverage “remove”出来？FSA账户上是可以把
我的名字去掉，但是似乎随时可以加回进去，所以这种操作应该不算“remove”
coverage。
