从网上找到此文，如此触目惊心。美国的老板大概50%以上都是以欺压员工为乐的恶人！
女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。

俺2003开始玩spinning，2006开始玩BC，据俺有限的知识和经验打个比方：
BC如果是个钳子，spinning就像带钳子的多功能工具，上面钳子的功能也许不如单个的
钳子强大，但是钳子是干不了改锥的活的。
大家各有所爱我能理解，就像有的人开车赶路，有的人要越野，有的人就是纯玩车，啥

我也能理解。

捕食本能就是慢慢耐心地消耗对手的体力和意志，同时依靠teamwork抢先布局堵住prey
逃跑的路线／有意识把prey往埋伏里赶
防卫本能就是尽量不让对手撕咬自己的要害，即使被围追，也不能害怕／腿软，好好保
存体力和强大的对手周旋。

Nevertheless，the political correct and open minded answer is: both.
When I was young, I really enjoyed hunting. There were several very nice
girls hunted me but I was not in a mentality of being a prey. Sometimes,
I still feel a little regret. At that times, I'd rather hunt and got
rejected than being hunted. I wish I could have had the right attitude
then.

在我看来都是talking point。没有任何一方有controlled experiment. 所以我只相信
我自己亲眼看到的。对我个人的经历来说，raw feeding的成功率是100%。T现在没有任
何体内寄生虫，没有跳蚤虱子，没有软便，毛变好，体力变好，满身都是肌肉，没有口
臭，血检出来的所有指标都是perfect。所以我相信balanced raw比狗粮好,我也相信自
己可以很好的balanced home prepared diet.
p.s 我不喂BARF, 我喂prey model raw。有的人是喂whole prey，我觉得恐怖，所以没
有尝试.

Calcium phosphate里钙磷元素molar比例是3:2,这个没法balance钙磷比,所以还是要看
多少其他钙化合物能被吸收了.

have affected their physiology.
Nothing is exact science. Humans take supplements, but taking Vitamin C is

分钟的鸟给他抓，抓完给几个吹吹我就去上班了。晚上回家以后看情况，有时间就每次

人甩个有羽毛的玩具，其实跟猫的natural prey 很象，我平时会换着花样甩，有时候
在地上拖有时候停着不动然后看他到跟前了猛提起来或者就是我故意不看他让他以为自
己躲的很好可以ambush 那个玩具，然后他冲出来的时候我突然变方向，他机灵的时候
可以跟着我甩的方向连扑三四次，扑到了就又啃又咬。玩完了以后就根据猫抓了prey就
吃的习惯，给吹吹，给点罐头。 |

喂骨头要小心哦尤其一开始，咪咪曾经吃骨头过多导致便便太硬而便血（其实也没有很
多，好像就一根鸡翅），最好从鸡翅尖开始（比较软），拿刀背拍一拍，肉也尽量先从
小块试起~整只喂食的话不好加supplement，其实也没有什么必要，整肉是很有营养的，
commercial food的营养配比就是根据生肉骨来的。可以一周给个鸡蛋黄，一点三文鱼
或鱼油，蔬菜真的没有什么必要，猫草就很好了。不放心加个NUCAT复合维生素。你这

Gatsby,very 传神. 吞噬is not a good equivalent in this case. he's haunted and
with weak personality and innocence, he's prevailed and finally loses all to
