今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

First you have to admit not all cases can be solved. I have no comments on
南京大学 homicide yet since not enough info.
Maybe it is one of a random serial killings? Usually it is most difficult
case if it is random serial killing, without plan in advance, see some prey
on spot, and suddenly the killer has an impulse to kill the victim.
I would suggest the police to seek merging some similar dismember-body cases
in Nanjing those years to try to find more clue |

，除非这个变态的生活环境剧变了（比如出国了、结婚了、有孩子了、意外发大财了、
车祸死/残了）。
或者是当年的排查有疏漏的地方，就象白宝山案。排查的对象更多，构成更复杂，而且
南京又比新疆人口流动性更大更快。
我认为现在应该从这两点来看。

1）被蛮夷攻打和驱赶。
直到周朝，管仲还要“尊王攘夷”呢。野蛮人到处都是。就在身边。东周的洛阳都被各
种蛮夷给攻打甚至攻破过（什么商洛之戎，丽山之戎，洛水之夷，也就是河南山西一带
，山上本身就有很多蛮夷，类似后来的贵州和四川西南部，平原有农民和城市，山上是

参考巴布亚新几内亚，在内陆谷底，有几十万人的大型农业民族，聚集在山谷种地，周
边自然产生了一些专门靠抢劫的部落。 人家生活方式就是抢劫。 这种 prey -

所以，建立一个都城，什么时候压力太大，守不住了，就迁都跑了。直到盘庚，强大起

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

援的条件包括紧缩银根，将利率提高到30%、50%、80%的荒谬程度，这样高的利息只会
无情摧毁房地产价值，破坏工业生产能力，吸干社会多年积累的财富。
第三副药：市场定价。当半死不活的受灾国被IMF拖到这步田地时，IMF又提出对食品、
