rainforest。我向往的却是Peg Perego 2010 Prima Pappa Newborn High Chair。
家里这两个在amazon评价的确很好，可是前者座椅深度不够，不适合我家胖娃，而且只
有两个轮子，严重不利于我这个瘦小型在地毯上推；后者安全带设计有问题。最重要的
是，两个椅子对不能独立坐的小婴儿都不够友好，不能放得足够斜，而Peg Perego能放
得更平。但是我也看到有评价说Peg这款椅子非常难清洁，桌子太高、离宝宝身体太远。
我家附近没有实体店可以看到peg这款椅子，哪位美妈家里在用的，请说说用后感吧，
如果有细节图就更妙了。两个双黄包答谢！ |

内容提要：近代苏鲁地主对佃农拥有初夜权。这一权力的实施是社会结构异变的结
果。这里的社会分化为占有大量土地的利益集团(大地主)与大量占地较少的贫民群体，
社会结构演化为缺乏中间阶层的哑铃形而非金字塔形。掌握行政、军事和经济等各种权
力的大地主，基本上不受程序化的法规制约，多沉湎于本能型的享受，无法追求高成就
动机人格。一方面，他们利用国家优裕的政策，对贫民实施包括初夜权在内的各种超经
济剥夺；另一方面，他们利用对下层民众的控制，经常策动成千上万的贫民反叛代表社
会上层利益的国家，以获得更多的非法利益，他们的终极理想是成为享受更大肉欲的封
建君主。

我自I10下来刚转到US90/US183 hwy上不久后，一路两边都是荒野，没有住宅，一辆警
车迎面开过，掉头跟了我一段路，直到附近有住宅商铺可以停车后，在路边停下，说我
60的路开了70，开了citation让我上庭。从警察跟着我之前到拉灯让我停下，我一直跟
着一辆pick up开着。

通常大家认为很丑的是classic,我的那双加上一些jibbitz之后，不丑还蛮可爱的。
雨鞋几乎是人见人夸cute。
prima和凉鞋都是看起来蛮正常的鞋，应该不会有人觉得非常的丑，我想。
价钱,5-20,我觉得在美国也就是一双拖鞋的价钱吧.那个classis，即使是原价30买的，
我穿得这么多，也觉得是很值了。

Essentially, what I am asking is:
Can the Examiner use a non-prior art article as the secondary reference to
fill the gap between X and X+Y.
1. ODP is still talking about Obviousness. The examiner still needs to
establish a prima facie case of obviousness with prior art which does not
include the inventor's own academia article within one year.

to state a FACT but not the reasoning/conclusion of obviousness or not.
What do you mean C中有missing element?
If this is what you are talking about,
Your claim has elements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
A has 1,2
B has 3,4
C has 5
Then the combination of ABC is still missing 6 in your claim
Then No prima facie case of obviousnes is established.
