对于 “第一, 有一份事业是你们的计划而不是梦想。” 和 “第三, 你们在很大程度上
有选择生活方式的自由；”。。。这个确实是一个 privilege，但是和天生的智商不
同，这个 privilege 有很多 earned / exchanged 因子。具体从小娃学酱油 chess
说起。。。
在小娃的酱油 chess 理念里（包括真实 game 和 puzzle problem），有一点很重
要的，除了实地和实空以外，就是 “你是不是一定要 answer 对方的 move”，“你的
move 对方是不是一定要 answer”。。。虽然这个 “answer or not” 不是一个绝对
的利益，也不是一个可触及换算的数字的玩意儿，但那是一个非常重要的考虑因子。
具体到养娃策略，比如我之所以不推钢琴，其中很重要的因子是，如果开推钢琴，
我基本上是要在小学阶段要不断 answer 钢琴的 move，我觉得钢琴的价值不够。
其次我之所以推娃 non-fiction reading (documentary) / math problem-solving，

And the job title and privilege salary - the company will have to prove they
need someone with a master degree or above to do the part-time job and

the company sees to raise salary for you. Normally speaking, your pay should
reach the privilege bottom-line otherwise you wouldn't have been even
qualified for H1B and GC. If you already got your H1B/PERM, at least you are

这么背的事情都被我遇到了，2月29号sign and return的offer letter。
5月7号报道，前两天公司的lawyer还在找我要材料要申请H1.昨天又帮我搞定
2个月的free rental home，准备下周3就提前过去适应下环境，结果今天
下午收到email说因为公司美国分部被acquire之后需要realign和consolidate，
不再hold up this position, then sorry and good luck!
马上打电话给本来以后要report的director，他说office space和电脑都给我
配好了，但是昨天晚上接到HR的电话，很震惊，但是也没有办法，另外发的一个同样

should be an entitlement. That way, there should be no EB1,2,3 whatever.
However the current system has made it a fxxking privilege, and we have to
play with the system. This way, some people (EB2) have more privilege than

limit,超过1W到2.5W的利率是1.59% APY，比很多网上银行的rate高不少，即使在
reward checking里也算比较高的几个之一，就是不知道银行的可靠性有多高。除了
rate外，还有referral的program到Feb 28 2011，被推荐人和推荐人都有50$，如果满
足2个月以上存款条件。具体信息如下(对了钱多的话似乎可以去开Coulee Bank的，利

法律顾问那里问过,BMV和大学法律顾问都给了相同的回答。隐含假设是他们具有权威性
，或者他们超过或者等于法律条文，或者他们100%了解法律。
你没有给出关于那个持有中国驾照可以在Ohio合法开车一年的revision code。注意在
违背法律条文的情况下，即使是President Obama或者Gov. Kasich 给出不符合法律的
解释，他们的解释也是无效和不合法的。
关于在Ohio使用外国驾照的规定，在Ohio那个BMV的小册子里面有。具体操作是
1. 适用于来美国的合法旅游者，
2. 旅游者驾驶所在国的车辆，使用所在国的牌照，
3. 旅游者所在国提供Ohio居民对等对待。
这个权利的基础是1949年在日内瓦签署的United Nations Convention on Road
Traffic。
在中国休过国庆假期的都知道1949年中国没法签这个条约，中国后来也没有加入，目前
也没有加入。
