我曾经提出各种管理枪支的办法以避免大屠杀的悲剧，问这些支持禁枪的人是否可行，
得到的答案都是否定的。这些办法包括对买枪的人进行考核，持枪人每年精神病分析考
核Renew，等等。
因为拥枪的人认为这是“Right”。所谓Right，就是与生俱来的权利，不是Privilege
。任何管制只能针对Privilege，比如说开车要驾照就是一种。这个Right是宪法赋予的
。也就是说，不要说收缴枪支或者全面禁枪了，就是对它进行一些我们认为必要的管理

前面那个长篇大论的回复说得很有道理，美国人是把监护权当一种privilege,美国人离
婚为孩子监护权争得死去活来的不少，认识一个老美为了孩子监护权花了20万美元，等
他争到了孩子都16了，他只有两年的胜利时光。这个人本身也不富裕。中国人倒是有不
少夫妻离婚时谁都不要孩子，都想推给对方，老美知道了应该会很吃惊吧。
就像上文说的，要是中国政府学起美国剥夺父母监护权，不少人该求之不得了。我想补
充的是那些人之所以不care孩子幼年时归谁抚养应该归因于中国人根深蒂固的血统观念
。就是孩子不管归谁养，他/她将来总是要认祖归宗的。所以只要孩子是自己的就不怕
失去，反而还省去了照顾孩子长大的费用和麻烦。而美国人觉得和孩子在一起的时光是

If the society insists that Male should take more responsibility, in trade
off, Male deserves more privileges and rights.
Again, everything is based on the contributions. There is no way for one
type of gender to get the same amount of privileges and rights as the
opposite, by paying less efforts. |
