放在女儿房间储藏室，所以，我搬了椅子上去拿他的相册，儿子的照片有两本，我拿的
是那本我和先生共同给他建立的那一本，给了他在我肚子里的一张照片。 很可能他们
没有如愿离开。我不知道发生了什么，我在楼下听儿子说照片是他拿的 （他怕他们伤
害我？主动承担责任？）。然后他房屋的门被锁上，我担心我的儿子被他们害了。我很
长时间都没有去看那些照片，因为我曾经浏览过，都是过去的照片。而最新的照片都被

双方的车都报废了。我左腿膝盖内侧有巴掌那么大的一大块淤清并且还有点肿，当时有
一点pain的感觉， 今天不碰它基本上不痛了。胸口在心窝以上的肋骨（有大包子那么
大的一块面积吧）当时有一些pain的感觉，今天似乎好了点， 用手压这块肋骨会有痛
感，不压几乎感觉都到了，不知道这是不是在离心力甩的过程中，这块肋骨被安全带压
到了。副驾上的人身体的右边（肩膀，大腿右侧，屁股）有酸痛的感觉。去了一个大医
院的ER做了一些检查。做了X光胸透，肋骨没有什么问题。也做了膝盖肿的地方， 也没
什么问题。 还做了一个似乎是心电图似的东西，说心脏也没什么问题（因为我说心窝
上那一块肋骨有痛感）。还有就是问有没有头晕头痛和dizzy的感觉什么的。结果就给
我们开了止痛药，把我们打发回家了。警察给我police report 时， 说report 上有一

therefore can earn you some interest. Obviously, there is a difference
between this proceeds and your own cash. Therefore, the is a spread between
interest rates applicable to these two kinds of "cash." That's what a hedge fund can expect from its prime broker. Our retail investors probably don't get any return on short sale cash. |

看起来貌似是 proceeds + disallowed - cost basis = capital gain
我也不知道什么道理
不过这388.77 能包括在那5000的减免里面么？
还是单独额外的10% tax 待遇 ？

2)buy Nov 1, cost= ????, sale proceeds=$1800
is cost $1500 or it should include part of the wash sale loss?
如果是前者，是不是损失的８００都以后算在剩下的２００股的cost里？如果是后者，
cost怎么算呢？

so the short sale has been closed.
it's ok for sch D total proceeds > what's shown on 1099
just enter sale proceeds vs purchase cost and whatever the gain.
another example--1099 only reports equity trades. option trades are to be
reported by yourself. w/ this, total will be > 1099, too. |

IF by the end of the year, the short sale still open, then it is a little
more complicated.
Since the short sale is still pending, there is only sales proceeds without
cost basis.
IRS publication 550 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p550.pdf has some guidance for this matter.
You are going to report the sales proceeds = cost basis, Then make a note to
yourself that next year, adjusting the cost basis accordingly. |

看起来貌似是 proceeds + disallowed - cost basis = capital gain
我也不知道什么道理
不过这388.77 能包括在那5000的减免里面么？
还是单独额外的10% tax 待遇 ？

and local tax transfer是否可以从交易价格中减去？
Instruction for 8949中写的是可以减去，我理解正确的话。"The net proceeds
equal the gross proceeds minus any selling expenses (such as broker’s fees,
commissions, and state and local transfer taxes)."
然而关于卖房的Publication 523中却没有把state and local transfer tax算入可以
