里一层泡沫；
2。Food processor放上金属刀片，（塑料刀片和的量少），倒一点油进去，也许
两勺？然后4杯面粉倒进去，盖上盖，开关打到on，一边搅拌一边从上面的洞口
把yeast水慢慢加进去。倒完之后再慢慢加水进去直到面团成合适的湿度。这个
过程1分钟左右，期间要左手把food processor按稳以免移动
3。把面团放在ziploc袋子里，温暖处发酵3小时，长胖一倍以上就算发好了 |

优点
1 【干净】 KA绞肉的配件我买过，中间出黑水，后来又买了个手摇绞肉器，有同样的
缺陷 food processor只有刀片和肉接触，不会沾到脏东西
2 【快捷】 短短功夫就搅了5磅肉馅，大概分了7-8次
3【 容易清洁】 我只用了绞肉功能，用厨房纸先把杯子擦擦非常好洗，也可以放洗碗机
4 【体积合适】7杯4口之家是肯定够用的，大不了多打几次。
5 【操作简单】附赠的碟我没有看，网上搜个几分钟的视频看看就行
我家吃得最多的是蘑菇饺子，头一天先用standmixer活好面醒着
瘦肉肥肉半磅按喜好的比列切成小块，pulse按8-10下肉馅就好了，一下一秒
再放20个生虾仁pulse按3-5下，虾仁不要打得太碎
把馅倒在一个大盆里，挤一些姜汁，一勺米酒或者料酒，顺着一个方向搅打出胶，我经
常用standmixer来做
杏鲍菇香菇平菇或者其他不变色的蘑菇大概一磅任取几种切成块放到food processor里
，3-5下差不多就好了，不要贪心塞太多，分2-3次切碎比较均匀

昨天封掉的网站里面有一个top的sport book，好像立马发信通知域名变化
全部转移到ag或者eu的域名了(truepoker好像也这么搞)，基本上说DOJ能做
的就是封掉他们的.com域名。看上去他们要跟bodog学习不鸟美国政府了。
不过要跟DOJ继续斗法，payment processor是个难题
这些网站里面有些以前信誉还挺好的，比如那个top的sport book。我觉得
以sportbook的运营模式，他们肯定希望继续坚持下去（就像bodog那样）。
另外关键的一点是antigua and barbuda曾经在WTO上成功dispute过美国
政府关于禁止他们的赌博公司向美国服务。
所以还是要看看这些公司怎么绕过DOJ了，DOJ主要还是搞搞域名，payment
processor防止洗钱，再多的还是要看对方配合不配合了 |
